【摘要】：大學(xué)生是社會發(fā)展的重要人才資源。隨著改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,大學(xué)生的思想政治工作和日常生活管理工作也面面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。高校是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的重要載體,高校輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生思想政治工作的實踐者,是大學(xué)生日常生活的管理者,輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化建設(shè)直接關(guān)系著大學(xué)生的健康成長。提高輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化建設(shè),是加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,提高大學(xué)生日常管理水平以及關(guān)系高校發(fā)展的長效機(jī)制與重要保障。 本文以高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化的理論與實踐發(fā)展為視角,分析了高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化理論提出的背景及高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的實踐準(zhǔn)則。同時,本文以高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展中的問題為切入點,分析了問題產(chǎn)生的的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化建設(shè)的對策。 本文由四個部分構(gòu)成,其基本邏輯為： 第一部分闡述了選題緣由,對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,陳述了研究目的、研究意義、研究思路與方法以及論文的創(chuàng)新觀點。 第二部分介紹了高校輔導(dǎo)員制度設(shè)置的歷史沿革,并將其劃分為探索積淀、規(guī)范化發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定完善三個階段。分析了高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)理論化提出的背景以及高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的實踐準(zhǔn)則。 第三部分以高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為切入點分析了目前高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍存在的主要問題,進(jìn)一步分析了存在問題的原因：高校輔導(dǎo)員工作缺少專業(yè)化發(fā)展導(dǎo)向?qū)е玛犖椴环�(wěn)定、缺少獨立專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制制約隊伍擴(kuò)展、專業(yè)精神與專業(yè)理論不強(qiáng)導(dǎo)致隊伍敬業(yè)精神缺乏、多層管理與不完善的培訓(xùn)體系影響高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展。 第四部分闡釋了高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化的對策,提出加強(qiáng)相關(guān)制度建設(shè)、增強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員自主發(fā)展意識、發(fā)揚學(xué)校育人載體的作用是輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化建設(shè)的重點。與此同時,重點分析了構(gòu)建輔導(dǎo)員培養(yǎng)與培訓(xùn)體系對輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化建設(shè)的重要意義,并提出了加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的實用方法。
[Abstract]:College students are important human resources for social development. With the rapid development of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, College students' ideological and political work and daily life management are also facing new challenges. Colleges and universities are important carriers for the cultivation of college students, college counselors are practitioners of college students' ideological and political work, and they are the managers of college students' daily life. The professional construction of counselors is directly related to the healthy growth of college students. To improve the professional construction of counselors is to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. To improve the daily management level of college students and the long-term effective mechanism and important guarantee for the development of colleges and universities. From the perspective of the theory and practice development of college counselors' specialization, this paper analyzes the background of college counselors' specialization theory and the practical criteria of college counselors' work. Taking the problems in the development of college counselors' specialization as the starting point, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of college counselors' specialization. This paper is composed of four parts, and its basic logic is as follows:. The first part expounds the reason of selecting the topic, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and states the research purpose, significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovative viewpoints of the paper. The second part introduces the history of college counselor system, and divides it into exploration accumulation, standardized development, This paper analyzes the background of the theorization of college counselors and the practical criteria of college counselors' work. The third part analyzes the main problems existing in the college counselors' team from the point of view of the current situation of college counselors' development. Further analysis of the reasons for the problems: the lack of professional development of college counselors lead to instability of the team, lack of independent professional training mechanism to restrict the expansion of the team, The lack of professional spirit and professional theory leads to the lack of team professionalism, and the multi-level management and imperfect training system affect the professional development of college counselors. Part 4th explains the countermeasures of college counselors' specialization, and puts forward that strengthening the construction of relevant system, strengthening the counselors' consciousness of independent development, and carrying forward the role of school education carrier are the key points of the counselors' specialization construction, at the same time, This paper analyzes on the importance of constructing the training and training system of counselors to the construction of counselors' specialization, and puts forward some practical methods to strengthen the training of counselors' specialization.
