【摘要】：在大學生素質結構框架中,政治素質占居統(tǒng)帥地位,不僅對大學生全面發(fā)展發(fā)揮定向和動力的作用,而且關系到我們黨乃至我國社會主義制度的鞏固與發(fā)展,甚至關系到整個中華民族的興衰成敗。因此,優(yōu)化大學生政治素質既是社會主義政治文明建設中一項極其重要的戰(zhàn)略任務,也是思想政治教育工作中一項十分艱巨的歷史使命。 本文從“結構”入手,作為研究大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的邏輯起點,從內容和過程兩個角度深入剖析大學生政治素質各維度、各要素之間的相互關系。從靜態(tài)方面講,大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的內容結構包括政治價值、政治心理、政治思想、政治品德、政治實踐五個子系統(tǒng),各子系統(tǒng)之間相互滲透、相互作用；從動態(tài)方面講,大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的形成過程包括政治認知、政治情感、政治意志、政治信仰、政治行為五個環(huán)節(jié),各環(huán)節(jié)之間接續(xù)變化,螺旋上升。 大學生政治素質的優(yōu)化過程是個體與社會環(huán)境相互作用、相互聚合的結果,在這一過程中主體因素與客觀環(huán)境相互影響、相互平衡。影響大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的因素,包括宏觀層面的經濟、政治、文化、社會環(huán)境,中觀層面的家庭環(huán)境、學校教育、大眾傳媒,微觀層面的朋輩團體、自身個性等因素。三個層面的影響因素之間相互滲透、相互交叉,共同影響著大學生政治素質的形成和發(fā)展。 通過實證調查研究,當前大學生政治素質總體上呈現(xiàn)積極健康穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢,但同樣也存在著一些不容忽視的問題。主要表現(xiàn)為：政治信仰趨于成熟,堅定與迷惘相伴；政治立場鮮明,希望與困惑并存；政治熱情趨高,關心與淡漠相容；政治評價多元,認同與危機交錯。大學生政治素質呈現(xiàn)政治價值主導一元化、政治參與途徑多樣化、政治評價取向實用化、政治行為選擇理性化的時代特征。大學生政治素質發(fā)展趨勢為：與主導價值觀之間的互動態(tài)勢更加明顯,與政治生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的需求更加吻合,政治素質表現(xiàn)由整齊劃一趨于復雜多元,政治行為選擇由偏激片面趨于理性務實。 大學生政治素質優(yōu)化體系的構建以社會主義核心價值體系為核心內容,以適應社會主義政治文明建設需要的現(xiàn)代公民意識為基本指向,包括培養(yǎng)政治人主體意識是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的內在引擎,發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的根本途徑,加強社會主義政治文明建設是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的有力支撐和可靠保障,營造良好的政治生態(tài)環(huán)境是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的重要條件,拓寬政治參與渠道是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的有效措施,充分利用有效資源是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的整體合力,科學借鑒國外經驗是大學生政治素質優(yōu)化的必要補充。
