【摘要】：在大學(xué)生素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)框架中,政治素質(zhì)占居統(tǒng)帥地位,不僅對(duì)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展發(fā)揮定向和動(dòng)力的作用,而且關(guān)系到我們黨乃至我國(guó)社會(huì)主義制度的鞏固與發(fā)展,甚至關(guān)系到整個(gè)中華民族的興衰成敗。因此,優(yōu)化大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)既是社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)中一項(xiàng)極其重要的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),也是思想政治教育工作中一項(xiàng)十分艱巨的歷史使命。 本文從“結(jié)構(gòu)”入手,作為研究大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的邏輯起點(diǎn),從內(nèi)容和過(guò)程兩個(gè)角度深入剖析大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)各維度、各要素之間的相互關(guān)系。從靜態(tài)方面講,大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)包括政治價(jià)值、政治心理、政治思想、政治品德、政治實(shí)踐五個(gè)子系統(tǒng),各子系統(tǒng)之間相互滲透、相互作用；從動(dòng)態(tài)方面講,大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的形成過(guò)程包括政治認(rèn)知、政治情感、政治意志、政治信仰、政治行為五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),各環(huán)節(jié)之間接續(xù)變化,螺旋上升。 大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)的優(yōu)化過(guò)程是個(gè)體與社會(huì)環(huán)境相互作用、相互聚合的結(jié)果,在這一過(guò)程中主體因素與客觀環(huán)境相互影響、相互平衡。影響大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的因素,包括宏觀層面的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)環(huán)境,中觀層面的家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校教育、大眾傳媒,微觀層面的朋輩團(tuán)體、自身個(gè)性等因素。三個(gè)層面的影響因素之間相互滲透、相互交叉,共同影響著大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)的形成和發(fā)展。 通過(guò)實(shí)證調(diào)查研究,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)總體上呈現(xiàn)積極健康穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢(shì),但同樣也存在著一些不容忽視的問(wèn)題。主要表現(xiàn)為：政治信仰趨于成熟,堅(jiān)定與迷惘相伴；政治立場(chǎng)鮮明,希望與困惑并存；政治熱情趨高,關(guān)心與淡漠相容；政治評(píng)價(jià)多元,認(rèn)同與危機(jī)交錯(cuò)。大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)政治價(jià)值主導(dǎo)一元化、政治參與途徑多樣化、政治評(píng)價(jià)取向?qū)嵱没�、政治行為選擇理性化的時(shí)代特征。大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為：與主導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀之間的互動(dòng)態(tài)勢(shì)更加明顯,與政治生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的需求更加吻合,政治素質(zhì)表現(xiàn)由整齊劃一趨于復(fù)雜多元,政治行為選擇由偏激片面趨于理性務(wù)實(shí)。 大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化體系的構(gòu)建以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系為核心內(nèi)容,以適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)需要的現(xiàn)代公民意識(shí)為基本指向,包括培養(yǎng)政治人主體意識(shí)是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的內(nèi)在引擎,發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的根本途徑,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的有力支撐和可靠保障,營(yíng)造良好的政治生態(tài)環(huán)境是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的重要條件,拓寬政治參與渠道是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的有效措施,充分利用有效資源是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的整體合力,科學(xué)借鑒國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)是大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)優(yōu)化的必要補(bǔ)充。

Therefore, optimization is an important strategic task of the construction of socialist political civilization the political quality of college students is not only in the ideological and political education is a very arduous historical mission.
