【摘要】：提高研究型高�？蒲袆�(chuàng)新績效對推動我國創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要�？冃Э己俗鳛榻M織人力資源管理的一項(xiàng)重要制度體系,對個人創(chuàng)新意愿與組織創(chuàng)新績效都有顯著影響。本文從考核目標(biāo)難度與考核周期長短兩個視角將研究型高校的科研考核劃分為達(dá)標(biāo)型、激進(jìn)型、契約型和發(fā)展型四種模式,并分別論述不同考核模式對高校教師漸進(jìn)性創(chuàng)新和突破性創(chuàng)新績效的影響。最后,本文從教師的個人創(chuàng)新能力、創(chuàng)新內(nèi)在動機(jī)與科研考核模式的匹配視角,構(gòu)建了基于個體差異的多元績效考核體系,對研究型高校如何提高整體創(chuàng)新績效具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:It is very important to improve the performance of scientific research innovation in research colleges and universities in order to promote the development of innovation strategy in our country. It has significant influence on individual innovation willingness and organizational innovation performance. This paper divides the scientific research assessment of research universities into four models: standard type, radical type, contract type and development type from the angles of assessment target difficulty and assessment period. Finally, this paper discusses the impact of different assessment models on the performance of progressive innovation and breakthrough innovation of university teachers. Finally, from the perspective of the matching of teachers' individual innovation ability, intrinsic motivation of innovation and scientific research assessment model, this paper discusses the impact of different assessment models on the performance of progressive innovation and breakthrough innovation of university teachers. This paper constructs a multiple performance appraisal system based on individual differences, which has important guiding significance on how to improve the overall innovation performance of research universities.
