網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,高校信息化進(jìn)程的加快和校園內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入條件的改善,使得大學(xué)生對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的使用和需求也越來越普遍,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成為當(dāng)今大學(xué)生日常生活中的必不可少的一部分。網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代所構(gòu)筑起的新生活方式,對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的認(rèn)知、情感、思想和心理都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。眾所周知,網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一把“雙刃劍”:改變了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的生活方式,提高了學(xué)習(xí)效率,給高校的德育工作帶來了新的方式和機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也帶來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為大學(xué)生生活?yuàn)蕵分斜夭豢缮俚囊徊糠郑瑫r(shí)也是大學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)的有利工具;另一方面,由于過度使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)而引起的網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到了大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,F(xiàn)在大學(xué)生已成為網(wǎng)游的骨干力量,可是有些大學(xué)生沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)、沉溺于玩網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲而不能自拔,使有的大學(xué)生不僅失去金錢,還毀掉了自己的學(xué)業(yè)。大學(xué)生沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一個(gè)突出的社會(huì)問題,引起了全社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,而如何引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確利用網(wǎng)絡(luò),克服網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴心理成為廣大高校思想政治教育工作者亟待解決的問題。因此幫助大學(xué)生消除沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲心理疾病,是思想政治教育工作的一個(gè)重要課題,同時(shí)這需要社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校以及大學(xué)生自身的共同努力。 針對(duì)大學(xué)生沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的不同應(yīng)用,可以將沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)大學(xué)生分為游戲(網(wǎng)絡(luò)娛樂)型成癮;聊天交友(網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系)型成癮和信息收集型網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮三大類。然后通過對(duì)網(wǎng)癮大學(xué)生的調(diào)查與研究,深入分析大學(xué)生自身心理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用、學(xué)校、社會(huì)等方面的特點(diǎn),找出不同類型的網(wǎng)癮大學(xué)生沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)的根本原因。在了解他們心理特點(diǎn)和成癮特點(diǎn)后,,采用相對(duì)的思想政治教育方式,對(duì)成癮大學(xué)生進(jìn)行分類教育,從而根據(jù)不同的產(chǎn)生原因采用針對(duì)性的心理教育措施,加以引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確的解決自身心理問題,處理好“兩個(gè)世界”中的人際關(guān)系,并切實(shí)感受到兩者的區(qū)別,正確高效的使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源;使得學(xué)生在發(fā)生心理沖突時(shí)能及時(shí)做出合理的判斷和選擇,并采取理智有效的應(yīng)對(duì)方法,而不致于學(xué)生把情緒、欲望都一股腦的傾瀉在虛擬的網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界上,最終造成沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò),身心頹廢,荒廢學(xué)業(yè);做到自我心理調(diào)適,使其成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主人,而不是被網(wǎng)絡(luò)所利用,能在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行高效的學(xué)習(xí)和有效的自我管理。使學(xué)生能夠正確區(qū)分和把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界和現(xiàn)實(shí)世界之間的差距,并從虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界走出來,重新回到正常的學(xué)習(xí)生活中來。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information technology, the acceleration of information process in colleges and universities and the improvement of Internet access conditions in campus, the use and demand of network for college students are becoming more and more common. The network has become an indispensable part of the daily life of college students. The new way of life built up in the network age has a profound influence on the cognition, emotion, thought and psychology of contemporary college students. The network is a "double-edged sword": it has changed the way of life of contemporary college students, improved the study efficiency, and brought new ways and opportunities to the moral education work in colleges and universities. At the same time, it has brought unprecedented challenges. On the one hand, the Internet has become an indispensable part of college students' life and entertainment, and it is also a favorable tool for college students' daily study; on the other hand, The phenomenon of network dependence caused by excessive use of the network has seriously affected the study and life of college students. Nowadays, college students have become the backbone of online games, but some college students are addicted to the Internet. Indulging in playing online games has caused some college students not only to lose their money, but also to ruin their studies. As a prominent social problem, college students' addiction to the Internet has aroused widespread concern in the whole society. However, how to guide students to use the network correctly and overcome the network dependence psychology has become an urgent problem for the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities. It is an important subject of ideological and political education, and it needs the joint efforts of society, family, school and college students themselves. According to the different applications of college students indulging in the network, the addicted network students can be divided into game (network entertainment) type addiction; Chatting and making friends (Internet relationship) type addiction and information gathering type Internet addiction. Then through the investigation and research on the college students of Internet addiction, the characteristics of college students' own psychology, network application, school, society and so on are analyzed in depth. To find out the basic reasons of different types of Internet addiction students to indulge in the Internet. After understanding their psychological characteristics and addiction characteristics, using the relative ideological and political education methods, the addicted college students are classified into different types of education. Therefore, according to the different reasons, we adopt the targeted psychological education measures to guide the students to solve their own psychological problems correctly, deal with the interpersonal relations in the "two worlds", and really feel the difference between the two. The correct and efficient use of network resources will enable students to make reasonable judgments and choices in time when psychological conflicts occur, and to adopt rational and effective coping methods without causing students to be emotional. Desire poured into the virtual network world, resulting in addiction to the network, physical and mental decadence, neglect of studies; so that self-psychological adjustment, so that it becomes the master of the network, rather than being used by the network, It enables students to correctly distinguish and grasp the gap between the network world and the real world, walk out of the virtual network world, and return to the normal learning life.
