【摘要】：在高校中開展的國防教育會(huì)促進(jìn)國防建設(shè)的長足發(fā)展,為國家培養(yǎng)和滿足國防建設(shè)后備力量建設(shè)的需要,將會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)全民的國防教育起到舉足輕重的作用。 為了查找問題,分析高校大學(xué)生在開展國防教育中存在的問題,找出原因,加以分析。本文采用問卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)高校的大學(xué)生及高校的軍事理論課教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并向有關(guān)專家訪談、請(qǐng)教,對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)高校大學(xué)生的國防教育,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題,為更好地開展高校的國防教育,為教育工作者提供有效的參考資料。推動(dòng)國防建設(shè)中的高校國防教育進(jìn)一步完善。 在撰寫論文前,筆者查閱了大量的資料,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)各個(gè)國家都非常重視國防教育,我們國家也十分重視國防教育,尤其是高校的國防教育。從法規(guī)、條文的制定到地方政府的監(jiān)管,高校的國防教育正逐步的走向正規(guī)化。但是從中我們也看出了諸多的問題,如：國防意識(shí)淡薄、國防知識(shí)缺乏；國防教育課程及形式缺乏創(chuàng)新；國防教育師資隊(duì)伍的匱乏；國防教育保障的不完善等等。存在這些問題的原因要從“教育”上入手,從教育理念、教育內(nèi)容、教育手段、教育方式等方面加以分析,并對(duì)如何在高校中更好的開展國防教育,從國防觀念的加強(qiáng)、軍事課程建設(shè)、理論與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的結(jié)合、師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)、經(jīng)費(fèi)的保障等多方面進(jìn)行了闡述。通過改變現(xiàn)有的教育理念、教育內(nèi)容、教育手段和教育方式,培養(yǎng)具有國防專業(yè)理論知識(shí)的高校大學(xué)生,提高國防教育工作者的教學(xué)與科研水平,做到學(xué)校、社會(huì)、國家等多方面的支持與配合,國防后備人才的儲(chǔ)備需要高校大學(xué)生的積極參與,所以要在高校中更好地開展國防教育。
[Abstract]:The national defense education carried out in colleges and universities will promote the rapid development of national defense construction, train and satisfy the needs of national defense construction reserve force construction, and will play an important role in the national defense education of the whole people. In order to find out the problems, analyze the problems existing in the national defense education of college students, find out the reasons, and analyze the reasons, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire, and carries on the questionnaire survey to the college students and the teachers of military theory course in colleges and universities. And interviews with relevant experts, advice on how to strengthen the national defense education of college students, find problems, solve problems, in order to better carry out the national defense education in colleges and universities. To provide effective reference materials for educators and to promote the further improvement of national defense education in colleges and universities. Before writing the thesis, the author consulted a large number of materials and found that every country attaches great importance to national defense education, and our country also attaches great importance to national defense education, especially the national defense education in colleges and universities. The stipulation is made to the supervision of the local government, and the national defense education in colleges and universities is becoming more and more regularized. However, we also see many problems, such as weak national defense consciousness, lack of national defense knowledge, lack of innovation in the curriculum and form of national defense education; The shortage of teachers in national defense education, the imperfection of national defense education guarantee, and so on. The reasons for these problems should be analyzed from the aspects of "education", educational ideas, contents, means and methods of education, etc. And how to better develop national defense education in colleges and universities, from the strengthening of national defense concept, the construction of military curriculum, the combination of theory and practice activities, the construction of teaching staff, By changing the existing educational concepts, contents, means and methods of education, we can train college students with theoretical knowledge of national defense. To improve the teaching and research level of national defense education workers, and to support and cooperate with the schools, society, the state, and so on, the reserve of reserve talents for national defense requires the active participation of college students. Therefore, we should better carry out national defense education in colleges and universities.
