高校積極推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育促進(jìn)人全面發(fā)展的研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高等教育目前已經(jīng)從精英教育進(jìn)入大眾化教育,全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量成為全社會(huì)關(guān)注的核心問(wèn)題,人的全面發(fā)展理論指導(dǎo)下的素質(zhì)教育是高等教育改革所要解決的重要問(wèn)題。對(duì)人培養(yǎng)教育的思想的研究古今中外由來(lái)已久,研究馬克思的人的全面發(fā)展理論具有理論上的指導(dǎo)意義,,人的全面發(fā)展理論作為中國(guó)高等教育的指導(dǎo)思想,又是教育目的,它與素質(zhì)教育的關(guān)系也是本課題研究的要點(diǎn)。 人的全面發(fā)展,包括對(duì)人培養(yǎng)的思想、全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)容、發(fā)展的途徑等。本文試圖通過(guò)系統(tǒng)闡述人的全面發(fā)展的理論和素質(zhì)教育,分析中國(guó)高等教育現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)高等教育中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。 本課題重點(diǎn)介紹了問(wèn)題提出的時(shí)代背景,對(duì)選題的意義和研究現(xiàn)狀等問(wèn)題闡述的基礎(chǔ)上著重理清人的全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵,從哲學(xué)的層面分析人的全面發(fā)展,追溯人的全面發(fā)展思想的源流及馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論的重要貢獻(xiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)于人的全面發(fā)展的論證分析,指出這個(gè)課題的重要性以及這個(gè)問(wèn)題研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。同時(shí)又重點(diǎn)闡述中國(guó)高校教育目前突出的6大問(wèn)題:重智輕德、重專業(yè)理論輕實(shí)踐、課程體系不合理—文科與理科課程分開、教師素質(zhì)參差不一、素質(zhì)教育與灌輸、教育異化現(xiàn)象。進(jìn)而,對(duì)于高校教育和人的全面發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行了分析,論述了當(dāng)前開展素質(zhì)教育的必要性。最后,根據(jù)以上的理論分析和調(diào)查研究,提出了解決目前高校教育主要問(wèn)題的方法和實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為本的素質(zhì)教育的途徑。具體通過(guò)6個(gè)途徑來(lái)解決高校素質(zhì)教育的主要問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)以人的全面發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo),全面推進(jìn)高校素質(zhì)教育走上新的臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:At present, higher education in our country has moved from elite education to popular education. Improving the quality of personnel training in an all-round way has become the core concern of the whole society. The quality education under the guidance of the theory of man's all-round development is an important problem to be solved in the reform of higher education. It is of theoretical significance to study Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings. As the guiding ideology of Chinese higher education, the theory of all-round development of human beings is also the aim of education. The relationship between it and quality education is also the main point of this research. The all-round development of human, including the thought of human training, the content of all-round development, the way of development, etc., this paper tries to analyze the current situation of higher education in China by systematically expounding the theory and quality education of the all-round development of human beings. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems in higher education. This topic focuses on introducing the background of the question, the significance of the topic and the status quo of the research, and on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the overall development of human beings, and analyzing the all-round development of human beings from the level of philosophy. Tracing back to the origin of the thought of man's all-round development and the important contribution of Marxism on the theory of man's all-round development, through the argumentation and analysis of the all-round development of man, This paper points out the importance of this subject and the practical significance of its research. At the same time, it focuses on the six outstanding problems in Chinese university education: attaching importance to intelligence and morality, and emphasizing professional theory over practice. The course system is unreasonable-the liberal arts and science courses are separated, the teachers' qualities are different, the quality education and indoctrination, the phenomenon of educational alienation, and the relationship between the college education and the all-round development of human beings is analyzed. The necessity of developing quality education at present is discussed. Finally, according to the above theoretical analysis and investigation, This paper puts forward the methods to solve the main problems of college education at present and the way to realize the quality-oriented education based on human being. The main problems of quality-oriented education in colleges and universities are solved through six ways, which are guided by the theory of all-round development of human beings. We will comprehensively promote quality education in colleges and universities to a new level.
