【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程所帶來(lái)的社會(huì)劇變，公共生活領(lǐng)域正以前所未有的速度擴(kuò)展，公共領(lǐng)域和公共生活的拓展使得人們也越來(lái)越關(guān)注公共意識(shí)的呈現(xiàn)。在市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程不斷加快的當(dāng)代中國(guó)，各種不文明現(xiàn)象體現(xiàn)出我國(guó)公民公共意識(shí)的缺失，提高公民公共意識(shí)已成為現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。大學(xué)生是公共生活領(lǐng)域的重要群體，對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行公共意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)，于其自身素質(zhì)的提高和我國(guó)公民社會(huì)的建設(shè)都有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先從歷史的角度出發(fā)，對(duì)中西方“公”“私”的歷史發(fā)展做了解讀，具體描述了其涵義的發(fā)展過(guò)程。在此基礎(chǔ)上，嘗試性的對(duì)公共意識(shí)的內(nèi)涵和特征做了闡述，認(rèn)為公共意識(shí)應(yīng)是一種全體公民都應(yīng)具備的普遍性的意志，，是全體社會(huì)成員對(duì)公共生活領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的準(zhǔn)則和規(guī)則的主觀(guān)認(rèn)可與客觀(guān)遵守。公共意識(shí)主要涵蓋大學(xué)生公共道德、公共文明、公共參與、公共環(huán)境和安全以及公共服務(wù)等幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。 為了了解大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)的現(xiàn)狀，本文針對(duì)大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷，并在貴州省部分高校展開(kāi)了實(shí)地調(diào)查。問(wèn)卷分別就大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)生活中的公共道德意識(shí)、言行中的公共文明意識(shí)、課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的公共參與意識(shí)以及在校園內(nèi)的公共環(huán)境和安全意識(shí)等方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，通過(guò)調(diào)查具體了解了大學(xué)生在各個(gè)方面的公共意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀。本文結(jié)合大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀和中國(guó)社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展嘗試性地分析大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)缺乏的原因，認(rèn)為大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)缺失主要受到了中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的影響、個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中缺乏引導(dǎo)和傳播以及公共意識(shí)在大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中沒(méi)有被很好的普及三個(gè)方面的原因。 針對(duì)大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)存在的問(wèn)題，本文對(duì)大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)培養(yǎng)策略做了探析。培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)，首先應(yīng)營(yíng)造良好的大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的文化氛圍，其次要注重培養(yǎng)提高大學(xué)生公共意識(shí)方面的個(gè)人素質(zhì)，在高校教育改革方面也應(yīng)做出相應(yīng)的努力。只有通過(guò)社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)校三方的共同努力才有可能培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的公共意識(shí)，為我國(guó)建設(shè)公民社會(huì)培養(yǎng)中堅(jiān)力量，打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Along with the social changes brought by the modernization process of China, the field of public life is extended to hitherto unknown speed, expansion of public sphere and public life makes people more and more attention to public awareness of the present. In the market to speed up the process of the contemporary China, all kinds of uncivilized phenomenon reflects China's lack of public awareness, improve public awareness has become an urgent need to solve the problem of modernization. College students are an important group in the field of public life, cultivate public awareness of college students, has important practical significance to the construction of its own and improving the quality of civil society in China.
Firstly, from the historical perspective, the western "public" and "private" in the history of the development of the interpretation of the specific description of the development process of its meaning. On this basis, try the connotation of public consciousness and characteristic are described, that public awareness is a kind of all citizens should have universal will, is subjective recognition of all the members of the society of public life in the field of norms and rules and abide by the objective. The public consciousness mainly covers college students' public morality, public civilization, public participation, public safety and public service environment and other aspects.
In order to public awareness of the status quo of college students, this paper designs a questionnaire for college students of public awareness, and carries out an investigation of some colleges and universities in Guizhou province. The questionnaires are public moral consciousness in the study life of college students, and the public awareness of civilization, classroom teaching activities in public participation and public in campus. Environmental and safety awareness and other aspects of the investigation, through the investigation of the specific understanding of the public awareness of the status of college students in all aspects. The status quo of College Students' public awareness and Chinese social historical development, try to analysis the reasons of public awareness of University students' lack of this paper think that college students lack of public awareness of China are mainly affected by the traditional culture, the process of personal growth the lack of guidance and communication and public awareness of college students in the learning process is not very good and popular three party The cause of the face.
According to the existing public college students awareness of the problem, this paper made analysis on the strategy of Cultivating Undergraduates' public consciousness. The cultivation of College Students' awareness of the public, should first create a good cultural atmosphere to cultivate college students' consciousness of the public, then pay more attention to the cultivation of public consciousness to improve the students' personal qualities, in the aspect of educational reform in Colleges and universities should also make corresponding efforts. Only by the joint efforts of society, family and school three party could cultivate public awareness, cultivate the backbone for the construction of civil society in China, and lay a solid foundation.
