【摘要】:教師作為角色身份的出現(xiàn)原于美國社會(huì)心理學(xué)家喬治·米德首先將其引入社會(huì)心理學(xué),并創(chuàng)立了角色理論。所謂“教師角色”是指處在教育系統(tǒng)中的教師所表現(xiàn)出來的由其特殊地位決定的符合社會(huì)對(duì)教師期望的行為模式。分析教師的角色,明確教師自己的角色身份,對(duì)教師充分地扮演好教師角色就具有積極的意義。在過去,人們從不同的角度已經(jīng)給教師冠以諸多美名,如蠟燭、園丁、人類靈魂的工程師等等。然而,隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,特別在當(dāng)今的信息時(shí)代,人們對(duì)教育觀的提升,這些美名逐漸退色。重新反思教師的角色將成為轉(zhuǎn)變教師的教學(xué)觀念,當(dāng)好新時(shí)期新教師的首要任務(wù)。 隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和新的英語教學(xué)法的引入,教師的角色經(jīng)歷了巨大的改變,,從傳統(tǒng)的以教師為權(quán)威的角色到教師作為反思性實(shí)踐者和改革性的智者。本文以問卷形式,從師生關(guān)系、基本英語教學(xué)觀念、課堂互動(dòng)、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、學(xué)生思維方式的培養(yǎng)、與生活相關(guān)的活動(dòng)這六個(gè)方面調(diào)查了大學(xué)英語教師對(duì)教師角色的看法以及自我評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)兩者進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。 調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示大部分教師贊同教師在新環(huán)境下所應(yīng)扮演的角色,但是在實(shí)際教學(xué)中大部分教師做不到這些行為。并且教師的角色觀念不會(huì)因?yàn)樾詣e、教齡和學(xué)歷而產(chǎn)生區(qū)別。本文希望通過對(duì)大學(xué)英語教師教師角色觀念與行為的調(diào)查來理清大學(xué)英語教師對(duì)自己所扮演的角色的認(rèn)識(shí)并促進(jìn)大學(xué)英語教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The emergence of a teacher as a role came about when George Mead, an American social psychologist, first introduced it into social psychology. The so-called "teacher role" refers to the behavior pattern of the teachers in the educational system, which is determined by their special status and accords with the expectation of the society to teachers. It is of positive significance for teachers to fully play the role of teachers. In the past, people have named teachers from different angles, such as candles and gardeners. The engineers of the human soul, etc., however, with the development of the times, the progress of the society, especially in the information age, people promote the education view, Rethinking the role of teachers will become the primary task of changing teachers' teaching concept and becoming a good new teacher in the new period. With the development of society and the introduction of new English teaching methods, the role of teachers has undergone tremendous changes, from the traditional role of teachers as authority to teachers as reflective practitioners and reform of the wise. This paper investigates college English teachers' views on teachers' roles and their self-evaluation from six aspects: teacher-student relationship, basic English teaching concept, classroom interaction, teaching design, cultivation of students' thinking style, and activities related to life. The correlation between them is analyzed. The results of the survey show that most teachers agree with the role teachers should play in the new environment, but in practice most teachers cannot do these behaviors, and teachers' role concepts are not based on gender. This paper hopes to clarify college English teachers' understanding of their own roles and promote the change of their roles through the investigation of teachers' role concepts and behaviors.
