【摘要】:綜觀中外高等教育發(fā)展史,世界一流大學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程無(wú)不與眾多著名的大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)緊密相連,杰出的大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)往往對(duì)大學(xué)理念都有著深刻的理解。在大學(xué)改革與發(fā)展過(guò)程中,他們將正確的大學(xué)理念運(yùn)用到指導(dǎo)治校的實(shí)踐中,牢牢把握著大學(xué)的方向。他們奠基性的工作和開(kāi)創(chuàng)性的努力,影響了高等教育發(fā)展的方向,他們的創(chuàng)新同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了世界性的影響。北大校長(zhǎng)蔡元培,也是這樣一位杰出的校長(zhǎng)。蔡元培先生提出了“大學(xué)者,研究高深學(xué)問(wèn)者也”、“大學(xué)者,‘囊括大典,網(wǎng)羅眾家’之學(xué)府也”等大學(xué)理念及“思想自由”、“兼容并包”的辦學(xué)原則并在高等教育管理實(shí)踐中身體力行。他對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的選擇吸收,對(duì)先進(jìn)的民主與科學(xué)思想的認(rèn)可和執(zhí)行,以及他所受到的中西合璧的教育,使他的大學(xué)的價(jià)值和理念具有劃時(shí)代意義。蔡元培在北京大學(xué)任校長(zhǎng)期間,制定了一系列的改革措施,革新了北京大學(xué),使其成為當(dāng)時(shí)全國(guó)的一流學(xué)府。這為中國(guó)近代高等教育的創(chuàng)立和發(fā)展確定了一種范式,奠定了中國(guó)高等教育現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ)。蔡元培博大精深的高等教育管理理念對(duì)今天我國(guó)的高等教育改革仍然具有重要的理論借鑒價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 本研究共分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分即第一章為緒論,對(duì)蔡元培高等教育管理理念形成進(jìn)行梳理與分析,明確本研究的目的和意義。通過(guò)對(duì)蔡元培的高等教育管理理念的整體把握的情況下對(duì)他的管理理念進(jìn)行探討。蔡元培高等教育管理理念不僅對(duì)我國(guó)近代高等教育的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展影響深遠(yuǎn),而且對(duì)今天我國(guó)的高等教育改革具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 第二部分為本研究的主體,包括四章內(nèi)容。第二章為蔡元培的高等教育管理理念的淵源。第三章為蔡元培高等教育管理理念的內(nèi)容。第四章為蔡元培高等教育管理理念的評(píng)價(jià)和對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代高等教育的啟示。通過(guò)對(duì)蔡元培高等教育管理理念的深入認(rèn)識(shí),分析其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)對(duì)現(xiàn)代高等教育具有借鑒意義。 第三部分為結(jié)語(yǔ)。該部分分析了蔡元培先生的高等教育管理理念不僅對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)的合理定位提供理論依據(jù),對(duì)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的民主管理具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,還為構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度提供理論支撐,有利于現(xiàn)代大學(xué)管理理念進(jìn)一步廓清。對(duì)遏制教育行政權(quán)力泛化、提升現(xiàn)代大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力,對(duì)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)生健全人格等也有著深遠(yuǎn)的啟示。
[Abstract]:Looking at the history of higher education at home and abroad, the development of world-class universities is closely related to many famous university presidents. Outstanding university presidents often have a profound understanding of the concept of universities. In the process of university reform and development, They applied the correct university concept to the practice of guiding and managing the university and firmly grasped the direction of the university. Their groundbreaking work and pioneering efforts affected the direction of the development of higher education. Their innovations have also had a worldwide impact. President Cai Yuanpei of Peking University, who is also such an outstanding principal, proposed "Great Scholars, who study advanced knowledge," and "Great Scholars" to include the great ceremony.
