【摘要】:人格心理學(xué)中是這樣定義人格的:人格又可以稱作為個(gè)性,是指人們?cè)诃h(huán)境的影響下,通過自身與環(huán)境的相互作用所產(chǎn)生的一種個(gè)性,這個(gè)環(huán)境既包括自然環(huán)境,也包括社會(huì)環(huán)境;它是人們各種心理狀態(tài)和心理特征的匯總,具體包括個(gè)性傾向性、個(gè)性心理特征、個(gè)性自我調(diào)節(jié)。教師的人格魅力主要是指教師在長(zhǎng)期的教育過程中,通過自身的教育身份在與周圍環(huán)境的互動(dòng)過程中,在教育、教學(xué)的工作和學(xué)習(xí)中逐漸形成的一種個(gè)性特征的匯總,主要體現(xiàn)在高尚的思想品德,甘于奉獻(xiàn)的精神,扎實(shí)的專業(yè)水平,健康的心理,良好的個(gè)人修養(yǎng)以及對(duì)學(xué)生產(chǎn)生的影響力和號(hào)召力,對(duì)廣大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)起到了不可替代的重要作用,教師富有個(gè)性的人格魅力也成為新時(shí)期教育的典型代表。 隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的高等教育也大步邁入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展時(shí)期,大學(xué)教育在不斷深化改革中取得了進(jìn)步。同時(shí),國(guó)家實(shí)行高校擴(kuò)招制度后,大學(xué)教育也得到了更多的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。大學(xué)教師作為大學(xué)教育的主體之一,其作用不言而喻。新時(shí)期,隨著社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力的增加,大學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的渴望程度也隨之增大,大學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)對(duì)教師的要求也越來越高。教師人格魅力作為新時(shí)期教師素質(zhì)的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,儼然成為一種特殊的教育力量,它的作用在很多方面都是現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)手段無法替代的。為了把大學(xué)教育的質(zhì)量提高到一個(gè)新的高度,為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)更多的優(yōu)秀人才,,研究大學(xué)教師人格魅力對(duì)大學(xué)教育的影響這個(gè)課題具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文共分為六個(gè)部分,其中重點(diǎn)論述了教師人格魅力對(duì)大學(xué)教育的影響,以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),挖掘教師人格魅力的內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合我國(guó)大學(xué)教師人格構(gòu)成的現(xiàn)狀,有針對(duì)性地分析了如何優(yōu)化教師的人格構(gòu)成,提出了提高教師人格魅力的若干對(duì)策和方法。
[Abstract]:In personality psychology, personality is defined as: personality, which can be called personality, is a personality created by the interaction of oneself with the environment under the influence of the environment, which includes the natural environment. It also includes the social environment; it is a collection of people's various psychological states and psychological characteristics, including personality orientation, personality psychological characteristics, and personality self-regulation. The teacher's personality charm mainly refers to the teacher's long-term education process. Through their own educational identity in the process of interaction with the surrounding environment, in the education, teaching work and learning gradually formed a collection of personality characteristics, mainly reflected in the noble ideology and moral character, willing to give the spirit, Solid professional level, healthy psychology, good personal accomplishment and influence and appeal to the students have played an irreplaceable role in the growth of the vast number of students. The personality charm of teachers has also become a typical representative of education in the new period. With the development of Chinese society, China's higher education has stride into a new period of development, and university education has made progress in deepening the reform. At the same time, after the implementation of the system of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, As one of the main body of university education, the role of university teachers is self-evident. In the new period, with the increase of social competition pressure, the degree of college students' desire for knowledge also increases. College students and parents are demanding teachers more and more. As one of the measures of teachers' quality in the new era, teachers' personality charm has become a special educational force. In order to raise the quality of university education to a new height, and to train more outstanding talents for our country, It is of great practical significance to study the influence of college teachers' personality charm on college education. This paper is divided into six parts, which focus on the impact of teachers' personality charm on university education, as a starting point, excavating the connotation of teachers' personality charm, combining with the status quo of college teachers' personality composition in China. This paper analyzes how to optimize the teacher's personality structure and puts forward some countermeasures and methods to improve the teacher's personality charm.
