【摘要】：華中科技大學種子班作為培養(yǎng)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的一個試點,堅持"行政力量主導,學術(shù)力量參與"的教改方針,按照培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型杰出工程人才的使命和要求,以真實項目研究為牽引,充分發(fā)揮與Dian團隊密切結(jié)合的優(yōu)勢,積極構(gòu)建有利于學生主動實踐和全面工程訓練的研究性課程教學體系,大力變革教學方法,努力將實際工程、新技術(shù)發(fā)明和科學家發(fā)現(xiàn)知識的過程轉(zhuǎn)化為教學過程,并注意塑造良好的育人文化,在人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新方面取得了顯著成就,其做法和經(jīng)驗具有一定的參考借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:As a pilot project for cultivating outstanding and innovative talents, the seed class of Huazhong University of Science and Technology adheres to the teaching reform policy of "administrative power leading, academic force participating", and according to the mission and requirements of cultivating innovative outstanding engineering talents, Taking the real project research as the traction, giving full play to the advantages of close combination with the Dian team, actively constructing the research-oriented course teaching system that is conducive to the students' active practice and comprehensive engineering training, vigorously changing the teaching methods, and making great efforts to put the actual project into practice. The process of new technology invention and scientists' discovery of knowledge has been transformed into teaching process, and attention has been paid to the creation of good education culture. It has made remarkable achievements in the innovation of talent training mode, and its practice and experience have certain reference value.
