【摘要】：為提高高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，教育部于2003年啟動(dòng)了國家精品課程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。思想政治理論課國家精品課程作為國家精品課程建設(shè)的重要組成部分，它具有一流的教師隊(duì)伍、一流的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、一流的教材、一流的教學(xué)方法和手段、一流的教學(xué)管理。其中，一流的教師隊(duì)伍是國家精品課程建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵。為了提高思想政治理論課國家精品課程建設(shè)的質(zhì)量，我們必須堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和國家有關(guān)思想政治理論課教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)文件，，以教學(xué)科研組織建設(shè)為平臺(tái)，以選聘配備為基礎(chǔ)，以培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)為抓手，以學(xué)科建設(shè)為支撐，以制度建設(shè)為保障，培養(yǎng)一批具有一流的教師梯隊(duì)，一流的教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教材、一流的教學(xué)方法和科研水平、一流的教師管理機(jī)制的教師隊(duì)伍。 自國家精品課程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)以來，目前共建成48門思想政治理論課國家精品課程。同時(shí)，思想政治理論課國家精品課程教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)也取得了顯著的成績：初步建立了教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)機(jī)制、教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)科體系、教師選拔配備機(jī)制、相關(guān)政策和制度、高水平的教師隊(duì)伍。但也存在一些問題：教師隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定性較差、教學(xué)科研水平有待提高、青年教師培養(yǎng)需要加強(qiáng)、教師隊(duì)伍教學(xué)任務(wù)較重、教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)有待優(yōu)化。 在深入分析了思想政治理論課國家精品課程教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上，本文提出一些加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治理論課國家精品課程教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的舉措：加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍梯隊(duì)建設(shè)，構(gòu)建一流教師隊(duì)伍；重視教學(xué)科研，提高教師隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)；健全教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)，加強(qiáng)學(xué)科課程建設(shè)；健全國家政策法規(guī)，完善教學(xué)科研制度。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of teaching and talent training in colleges and universities, the Ministry of Education launched the National Top-quality Curriculum Construction Project in 2003. The National Top-quality course of ideological and political Theory course is an important part of the construction of National Top-quality Curriculum. It has a first-class team of teachers, first-class teaching content, first-class teaching materials, first-class teaching methods and means, first-class teaching management. In order to improve the quality of the construction of national fine courses in ideological and political theory, we must adhere to the ideas of Marxism and Mao Zedong. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's theory and the important thought of "three represents," we should thoroughly implement the scientific development concept and the national documents on building the contingent of teachers of ideological and political theory courses, and take the building of teaching and scientific research organizations as the platform and the selection and employment of personnel as the basis. Taking the training and training as the starting point, the discipline construction as the support, the system construction as the safeguard, the training group has the first-class teacher echelon, the first-class teaching content and the teaching material, the first-class teaching method and the scientific research level, First-class teacher management system of teachers. Since the launch of the National Top-quality Curriculum Construction Project, a total of 48 National Top-quality courses of ideological and political Theory have been built. At the same time, Remarkable achievements have also been made in the construction of the national elite courses of ideological and political theory: the initial establishment of the teacher training mechanism, the teaching and research institutions and the discipline system, the teacher selection and allocation mechanism, the relevant policies and systems, But there are also some problems: the stability of teachers is poor, the level of teaching and research needs to be improved, the training of young teachers needs to be strengthened, the teaching task of teachers is heavy, and the structure of teachers needs to be optimized. Based on the deep analysis of the current situation of the construction of the national excellent courses of ideological and political theory, this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen and improve the construction of the national excellent courses of ideological and political theory: strengthening the construction of echelons. First class teachers should be constructed, teaching and scientific research should be paid more attention to, teaching and scientific research institutions should be perfected, subject course construction should be strengthened, national policies and regulations should be perfected and teaching and scientific research system should be perfected.
