大學(xué)生道德自律問題研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)的教育目標(biāo)不僅僅在于為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)和輸送具有一定專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能的人才,更重要的是應(yīng)該塑造具有高尚思想道德品質(zhì)的公民。自律是道德教育的最高要求,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的道德自律精神既是我國(guó)高校思想道德教育的重要任務(wù),又是當(dāng)代社會(huì)道德建設(shè)的必然訴求。只有提高大學(xué)生的道德自律精神,使大學(xué)生真正做到自己為自己立法,把外在的道德規(guī)范內(nèi)化為自己內(nèi)在的道德要求,道德才能真正發(fā)揮其作用,,促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)。 道德自律就是道德主體借助于對(duì)社會(huì)規(guī)律和自然的認(rèn)識(shí),在自愿認(rèn)同社會(huì)道德規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,把外在的道德要求變?yōu)閭(gè)人內(nèi)在良知的自主行動(dòng),依靠自己的內(nèi)心信念和良心,自覺地、主動(dòng)地約束自己的行為,使其符合社會(huì)道德規(guī)范的要求。道德的自律主要強(qiáng)調(diào)三個(gè)方面:對(duì)道德規(guī)范的認(rèn)同、自己為自己立法、道德主體的善良意志對(duì)愛好和欲望的把握。本文結(jié)合我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中道德自律的分析,概括出大學(xué)生道德自律在日常行為中的表現(xiàn):(1)依據(jù)有無他人監(jiān)督環(huán)境下道德主體行為選擇的一致性判斷(2)依據(jù)出現(xiàn)道德過失后道德主體的反應(yīng)判斷(3)依據(jù)道德主體對(duì)他人行為的看法和評(píng)價(jià)判斷(4)依據(jù)道德主體對(duì)個(gè)人與他人之間關(guān)系的自覺程度判斷(5)依據(jù)道德主體的行為動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行判斷。通過調(diào)查問卷分析大學(xué)生道德自律的現(xiàn)狀,并從家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)及大學(xué)生自身四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行原因分析。 最后,本文提出了提高大學(xué)生道德自律的對(duì)策與建議:1.學(xué)校教育應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮其在大學(xué)生道德自律教育中的主導(dǎo)作用;2.家長(zhǎng)應(yīng)樹立積極的道德榜樣,重視大學(xué)生道德素質(zhì)的提高;3.社會(huì)應(yīng)弘揚(yáng)道德教育的主旋律,營(yíng)造良好的德育環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The goal of university education is not only to train and transport talents with certain professional knowledge and skills, but also to shape citizens with noble ideological and moral qualities. Self-discipline is the highest requirement of moral education. Cultivating the moral self-discipline spirit of college students is not only an important task of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities in our country, but also an inevitable demand of moral construction in contemporary society. Only by internalizing external moral norms into internal moral requirements can morality really play its role and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Moral self-discipline is that the moral subject relies on the understanding of the social law and nature, on the basis of voluntary identification of the social moral norms, turns the external moral requirements into the independent action of the individual's inner conscience, and relies on his own inner conviction and conscience. The self-discipline of morality mainly emphasizes three aspects: the identification of moral code, the legislation of oneself, This article combines the analysis of moral self-discipline in the traditional culture of our country. This paper generalizes the expression of moral self-discipline in the daily behavior of college students: 1) based on the consistency judgment of behavior choice of moral subject under the environment of supervision by others. 2) on the basis of moral subject's reaction judgment after moral fault. 3) on moral master. (4) judging the relationship between individual and others according to the self-consciousness of the moral subject. (5) judging the behavior motivation of the moral subject. The present situation of college students' moral self-discipline is analyzed by questionnaire. And from the family, school, society and college students themselves four aspects of analysis. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the moral self-discipline of college students. 1. The school education should give full play to its leading role in the moral self-discipline education of college students 2.The parents should set a positive moral example. The society should carry forward the main melody of moral education and create a good moral education environment.
