高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)中情感因素作用研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理論課是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的主陣地,也是提高大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的主渠道。如何提高思想政治理論課教學(xué)實效性是必須重視的問題。情感因素是提高教學(xué)有效性的重要條件,它具有心靈共鳴作用、熏陶感化作用、激勵促進作用,因此充分發(fā)揮情感因素在高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)中的作用,對提高思想政治理論課實效性意義重大。 筆者以山西幾所高校為例,對高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)中情感因素作用發(fā)揮現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),情感因素在思想政治理論課中的作用沒有受到重視,不論從教師本身、教學(xué)過程,以及學(xué)生方面都有所表現(xiàn),以至于出現(xiàn)教學(xué)效果與學(xué)生期望差距較大;師生間的情感交流出現(xiàn)障礙等問題。究其原因,則在于部分教師缺乏堅定信仰;學(xué)生思想價值觀念多元;教學(xué)評價忽略情感教學(xué);社會環(huán)境負面影響嚴重等。高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)中充分發(fā)揮情感因素作用的策略應(yīng)該包括:第一,要遵循堅持馬克思主義方向原則、平等尊重原則、情理交融原則以及正面激勵原則;第二,要提高思想政治理論課教師的情感教育素養(yǎng),包括培養(yǎng)職業(yè)情感、堅定理想信念和提升情感能力;第三,要關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感世界,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康向上的情感,增強學(xué)生情感自育的能力;第四,要優(yōu)化思想政治理論課情感教育的過程,挖掘教學(xué)內(nèi)容的情感因素,采用激發(fā)學(xué)生情感的方法,拓寬學(xué)生情感體驗的渠道,建立師生情感溝通的平臺等;第五,要營造思想政治理論課情感教育的良好環(huán)境,加強校園文化建設(shè),克服社會負面影響。 總之,在思想政治理論課教學(xué)過程中,應(yīng)充分重視情感因素的作用,遵循相應(yīng)的原則,優(yōu)化教學(xué)過程,營造良好的教學(xué)氛圍,提高思想政治理論課的教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main position of ideological and political education for college students. It is also the main channel to improve the ideological and political quality of college students. How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching is a problem that must be paid attention to. Therefore, it is of great significance to give full play to emotional factors in the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course. Taking several colleges and universities in Shanxi as an example, the author investigates the present situation of the role of emotional factors in the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, and finds that the role of emotional factors in the course of ideological and political theory is not taken seriously. Whether from the teachers themselves, the teaching process, as well as the students have some performance, so that there is a big gap between the teaching effect and students' expectations, the emotional communication between teachers and students, and other problems. It lies in the lack of firm belief in some teachers, the diversity of students' ideological values, the neglect of emotional teaching in teaching evaluation; The strategies for giving full play to emotional factors in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should include: first, to adhere to the principle of Marxist orientation, equal respect for the principle, Second, to improve the teachers' emotional education literacy, including cultivating professional emotion, strengthening their ideals and beliefs, and enhancing their emotional ability; third, paying attention to the emotional world of students. In 4th, we should optimize the process of emotional education in ideological and political theory class, excavate the emotional factors of teaching content, and adopt the method of stimulating students' emotion. In 5th, we should create a good environment for emotional education in ideological and political theory courses, strengthen the construction of campus culture, and overcome the negative influence of society. In short, in the course of ideological and political theory teaching, we should pay full attention to the role of emotional factors, follow the corresponding principles, optimize the teaching process, create a good teaching atmosphere, and improve the teaching effect of the ideological and political theory course.
