【摘要】：當代大學生是國家未來建設(shè)的棟梁人才,是國家未來發(fā)展的核心主力,是國家建設(shè)中國特色社會主義道路的中堅力量。當代大學生肩負著責任重大的歷史使命,其身體和心理承受著雙重壓力,且壓力巨大。中國當前就業(yè)體制的改革,由原來的國家統(tǒng)一分配,變成現(xiàn)今的求職人員與用人單位的雙向選擇,就業(yè)體制的改革使得大學生就業(yè)形勢變得更加嚴峻。因此,當前高等院校大學生在就業(yè)擇業(yè)問題上存在前所未有的困難和壓力。這種嚴峻的社會就業(yè)體制現(xiàn)狀給高校大學生的思想帶來了嚴重的打擊,使高校大學生的就業(yè)思想和就業(yè)觀念都存在很大的問題,給大學生就業(yè)帶來很大困難。對于出現(xiàn)的這些問題,就要研究出有針對性和實效性的解決方案和措施,來幫助大學生解決思想上和實際中存在的問題。這就要求我們不斷對高校大學生的就業(yè)指導教育工作進行調(diào)整,使它變得更好、更全面,使就業(yè)指導教育工作時刻與國家的就業(yè)體制改革相適應(yīng),符合我國當前的就業(yè)形勢。 隨著我國教育水平的不斷發(fā)展進步,和用人單位對求職人員的主導選擇地位的上升,使用人單位對求職人員的綜合素質(zhì)水平要求越來越高。用人單位要求求職人員必須要有很強的責任心,積極主動的工作態(tài)度,誠實守信的道德情操等等,這些都是思想政治教育的基本內(nèi)容,這就要求高校必須加強做好大學生就業(yè)指導中的思想政治教育工作,讓每一個大學生都有發(fā)揮自己所學才能的合適崗位,并在崗位上發(fā)揮自己的光和熱,為社會的發(fā)展貢獻自己的力量,這是社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的需要,也是我們民族長遠發(fā)展的需要。因此,首先要對高校大學生就業(yè)指導教育工作的重要意義做到充分的了解,然后對高校大學生就業(yè)指導教育工作的現(xiàn)狀作出明確分析,明確高校大學生就業(yè)指導教育的具體內(nèi)容；其次就是對國家就業(yè)形勢的發(fā)展做到準確的掌握,從而通過高校大學生就業(yè)指導教育工作準確的傳達給大學生；再就是要對高校大學生的就業(yè)指導教育工作的目標作明確的規(guī)劃,然后根據(jù)以上掌握的各項內(nèi)容,制定出解決即將走出大學校門的大學生無法找到工作的難題的具體方案和措施。基于以上因素,加強高等院校大學生就業(yè)指導教育工作是高校當務(wù)之急的首要工作。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students are the pillars of the future construction of the country, the core force of the future development of the country, and the backbone of the national road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The current reform of China's employment system has changed from a unified distribution of the original state to a two-way choice between job-seekers and employers today. The reform of the employment system has made the employment situation of college students more serious. At present, there are unprecedented difficulties and pressures on the employment and career choice of college students. This grim social employment system has brought a serious blow to the thinking of college students. There are great problems in the employment thought and concept of college students, which bring great difficulties to the employment of college students. To solve these problems, we should find out the relevant and effective solutions and measures. To help college students solve ideological and practical problems. This requires us to constantly adjust the employment guidance and education work of college students to make it better and more comprehensive. So that the employment guidance and education work can adapt to the national employment system reform at all times, and accord with the current employment situation of our country. With the continuous development and progress of our country's educational level, and the rise of the leading position of employers in the selection of job-seekers, Make the unit of choose and employ persons more and more demanding the comprehensive quality level of the job seekers. The unit of choose and employ persons must have a strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, honest and trustworthy moral sentiment, etc. These are the basic contents of ideological and political education. This requires colleges and universities to strengthen the ideological and political education work in the employment guidance of college students, so that every college student has a suitable position to give play to his or her talents. And give play to their own light and heat in their posts, and contribute their own strength to the development of society. This is the need of the socialist modernization drive as well as the needs of our nation's long-term development.Therefore, First of all, we should fully understand the significance of employment guidance education for college students, and then make a clear analysis of the current situation of employment guidance education for college students, and clarify the specific content of employment guidance education for college students. Secondly, the development of the national employment situation can be accurately grasped, so that it can be accurately conveyed to college students through the work of employment guidance and education of college students. It is also necessary to make a clear plan for the objectives of the employment guidance and education work for college students, and then according to the above contents, Based on the above factors, it is an urgent task for colleges and universities to strengthen the employment guidance and education work of college students.
