【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為人類歷史上迄今為止出現(xiàn)的最大的信息載體，也成為了“思想文化信息的集散地和社會(huì)輿論的放大器”，越來越多的大學(xué)生借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)、看法和訴求，網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前影響大學(xué)生思想和行為的重要因素。積極探究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情下大學(xué)生思想政治教育，是高校思想政治教育所面臨的重要課題。 本文通過對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情基本概念的梳理，總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢，著重分析了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的特點(diǎn)、問題及原因，闡釋了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的影響，提出了進(jìn)行高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的工作原則和加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育工作的建議。 高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與傳統(tǒng)輿情相比有其自身明顯的特點(diǎn)：自由性與散漫性，個(gè)性化與多元化，，突發(fā)性與快捷性，開放性與平等性。本文認(rèn)為大學(xué)生思想政治教育在高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的作用下，既面臨著機(jī)遇也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在這種環(huán)境下將高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與大學(xué)生思想政治教育相結(jié)合，極大豐富了現(xiàn)代思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、手段和載體，使現(xiàn)代思想政治教育獲得前所未有的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢。它不僅對(duì)傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育領(lǐng)域的有效擴(kuò)充，而且以潛移默化和滲透性的新形勢適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境和新的教育對(duì)象，增強(qiáng)了思想政治教育的時(shí)代感、針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性。 本文主要采用了理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法和案例研究法等研究方法。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在：一是通過分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的特點(diǎn)、存在的問題以及原因從而探索了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的影響。提出了進(jìn)行高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的工作原則。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the Internet has become the largest information carrier in human history. Has also become "the ideological and cultural information distribution center and the social public opinion amplifier", more and more university students use the network to express their views, views and demands, Network public opinion has become an important factor influencing college students' thought and behavior. It is an important subject for college students' ideological and political education to actively explore the ideological and political education of college students under the network public opinion. Through combing the basic concepts of network public opinion and university network public opinion, this paper summarizes the research status and development trend of network public opinion at home and abroad, and emphatically analyzes the characteristics, problems and reasons of college students' ideological and political education under the network public opinion. This paper expounds the influence of network public opinion on the ideological and political education of college students, and puts forward the working principles that should be adhered to in carrying out the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the suggestions for strengthening and improving the work of ideological and political education on the network in colleges and universities. Compared with the traditional public opinion, the university network public opinion has its own obvious characteristics: free and loose, individualized and diversified, sudden and quick. This paper holds that the ideological and political education of college students is faced with both opportunities and severe challenges under the influence of network public opinion in colleges and universities. In this environment, the network public opinion of college students is combined with ideological and political education of college students. It greatly enriches the contents, means and carriers of modern ideological and political education, and makes modern ideological and political education gain an unprecedented development advantage. It not only effectively expands the field of traditional ideological and political education, Moreover, it adapts to the new environment and new educational object with the new situation of imperceptibility and permeation, and strengthens the sense of the times, pertinence and timeliness of the ideological and political education. This paper mainly adopts the methods of combining theory with practice, literature research, comparative analysis and case study, etc. The innovation of this paper is as follows: first, through analyzing the characteristics of ideological and political education of college students under the network public opinion, The existing problems and the causes of the network public opinion in colleges and universities on the ideological and political education of college students, and put forward the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of work.
