【摘要】：面對經(jīng)濟全球化的挑戰(zhàn),我國將擴大教育開放,提高教育國際化水平作為重要的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在近期出臺的《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》提出“加強國際交流與合作。培養(yǎng)大批具有國際視野、通曉國際規(guī)則、能夠參與國際事務與國際競爭的國際化人才�！钡纫幌盗幸�(guī)定。湖南師范大學作為唯一的湖南省省屬國家‘211’工程大學,學校的國際化發(fā)展情況可以在很大程度上反映湖南省高校國際化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。 通過對湖南師范大學國際化現(xiàn)狀的反思,有利于找到學校國際化進程中出現(xiàn)問題的真正原因以及探索解決這些問題的對策,為完善大學國際化的理論研究與推動學校發(fā)展提供有益的參考。本文首先運用調(diào)查法,對湖南師范大學進行實地調(diào)查研究,描述了湖南師范大學在國際化觀念和規(guī)劃方面的情況,統(tǒng)計了從2005年至2010年期間外出訪學教師人數(shù)和來校訪學或任教的教師人數(shù)、出國留學學生人數(shù)和來校留學的學生人數(shù),分析了學校合作交流項目情況和合作伙伴總體水平,以及學校在教學方式和課程設置方面與國際接軌所做的努力。在文章的第三部分,筆者提出湖南師范大學國際化發(fā)展面臨的問題,如缺乏系統(tǒng)的國際化戰(zhàn)略,國際交流人數(shù)不多,合作層次有待進一步提高,課程設置與教學方式落后等。在論文的最后一部分,筆者嘗試針對湖南師范大學國際化發(fā)展所面臨的問題提出相關對策1.尋求外界先進的技術支持2.樹立先進的國際化發(fā)展觀念3.建設一批高素質的教師隊伍4.擴大外國留學生規(guī)模5.積極尋求合作伙伴6.課程設置國際化7.改革教學方式與國際接軌等。
[Abstract]:In the face of the challenge of economic globalization, China will expand the opening up of education. Raising the level of internationalization of education is an important development strategy. In the recently issued outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020, it is proposed that "strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, train a large number of people with an international perspective and have a good understanding of international rules," International talents who can participate in international affairs and international competition. "A series of regulations. Hunan normal University, as the only national university of engineering in Hunan Province, The development of internationalization of colleges and universities in Hunan Province can reflect the current situation of internationalization to a great extent. Through the reflection on the current situation of internationalization of Hunan normal University, it is helpful to find out the real causes of the problems in the process of internationalization of Hunan normal University and to explore the countermeasures to solve these problems. In order to improve the theoretical research of university internationalization and promote the development of the university to provide a useful reference. Firstly, this paper makes a field investigation on Hunan normal University by using the method of investigation. This paper describes the international concept and planning of Hunan normal University, and counts the number of overseas visiting teachers, the number of visiting or teaching teachers, the number of students studying abroad and the number of students studying abroad from 2005 to 2010. This paper analyzes the situation of the school cooperative exchange project and the overall level of the partners, as well as the efforts made by the school to keep pace with the international standards in teaching methods and curriculum. In the third part of the article, The author points out the problems that Hunan normal University faces in the development of internationalization, such as the lack of systematic internationalization strategy, the small number of international exchanges, the need to further improve the level of cooperation, the backwardness of curriculum design and teaching methods, etc. In the last part of this paper, The author tries to put forward the relevant countermeasures in view of the problems facing the internationalization development of Hunan normal University 1. Seek advanced technical support from the outside world 2. Set up the advanced international development concept 3.Construct a group of high-quality teachers 4.Expansion. The scale of foreign students 5. actively looking for partners 6. curriculum internationalization 7. Reform teaching methods and international standards.
