【摘要】:2008年的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)自美國開始,迅速席卷全球,整個(gè)世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了嚴(yán)峻的2008、2009年,從2010年開始經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸復(fù)蘇,就業(yè)問題相較于2008年、2009年有較大好轉(zhuǎn),各地就業(yè)形勢(shì)呈現(xiàn)出一片欣欣向榮之態(tài);但是部分地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題仍然突出,世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇緩慢,這也給中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和就業(yè)造成了一定影響;另外,高校的擴(kuò)招使得女研究生這一高素質(zhì)的龐大就業(yè)群體遇到了就業(yè)瓶頸。我國高校擴(kuò)招過快,研究生人數(shù)過多等各類觀點(diǎn)充斥于整個(gè)社會(huì),是不是我們的研究生真的已經(jīng)“供大于求”呢,其實(shí)研究生就業(yè)問題的產(chǎn)生是多方面,擴(kuò)招只是其中的一個(gè)。本文通過資料搜集、問卷調(diào)查、深度訪談和比較分析等方法的結(jié)合,在就業(yè)理論、女性主義理論以及歧視理論的基礎(chǔ)上,,通過對(duì)重慶市部分高校碩士研究生的調(diào)查,比較分析男女碩士研究生的就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備、就業(yè)價(jià)值觀、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),試圖找到女碩士研究生在就業(yè)市場中“戰(zhàn)敗”的表現(xiàn)和原因:女碩士研究生在學(xué)校期間職業(yè)規(guī)劃模糊,不注重專業(yè)知識(shí)外的能力的培養(yǎng),就業(yè)時(shí)信心不足但期望較高,就業(yè)的約束過多、就業(yè)面過窄;培養(yǎng)單位的人才培養(yǎng)方案沒有結(jié)合市場的需要,在專業(yè)設(shè)置、學(xué)生能力培養(yǎng)等方面脫離市場,學(xué)校對(duì)女研究生缺乏有針對(duì)性地培養(yǎng)和指導(dǎo),就業(yè)指導(dǎo)制度和方案對(duì)研究生重視不夠;用人單位基于經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的考慮更愿意聘用男性,這是女研究生就業(yè)難的直接原因;社會(huì)缺乏對(duì)女性應(yīng)有的足夠重視和寬容,仍然受傳統(tǒng)思想影響看高男性、看低女性;法律制度存在的漏洞使用人單位規(guī)避責(zé)任成了可能,也是女研究生平等就業(yè)的制度缺憾;社會(huì)保障體系尤其是生育保險(xiǎn)制度的不完善是用人單位“嫌女愛男”的根本原因之一。解決女研究生就業(yè)問題是一個(gè)龐大的系統(tǒng)工程,在這個(gè)工程里面社會(huì)、政府、用人單位、培養(yǎng)單位和女研究生都必須發(fā)揮重要作用,因此,本文也從政府、用人單位、培養(yǎng)單位和個(gè)人這四個(gè)角度出發(fā)探討解決女研究生就業(yè)問題的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the economic crisis began in the United States and quickly swept the world. The economic development of the whole world was severely tested. China's economic development experienced a severe period of 2008. On 2009, since 2010, the economy has gradually recovered. The employment problem has improved considerably compared with 2008 and 2009, and the employment situation in various places has shown a state of prosperity. But the economic problems in some regions are still prominent, and the economic recovery in the world is slow. This has also had a certain impact on China's economic development and employment; in addition, the expansion of university enrollment has made women graduate students, a large group of highly qualified employment, encountering employment bottlenecks. The number of graduate students is oversized and so on. Is it true that our graduate students have "oversupplied"? in fact, there are many aspects to the problem of graduate employment, and the expansion of enrollment is just one of them. This paper collects information. On the basis of the employment theory, feminist theory and discrimination theory, this paper makes a survey of some graduate students in Chongqing, through the combination of questionnaire, in-depth interview and comparative analysis. This paper compares and analyzes the employment preparation, employment values, employment structure of male and female graduate students, and tries to find out the performance and reasons of female master's students'"defeat" in the job market: the female graduate students' career planning is vague during the school period. They do not pay attention to the cultivation of abilities outside of professional knowledge, lack of confidence but high expectations in employment, too many constraints on employment, and too narrow employment; personnel training programs of training units do not meet the needs of the market and are set up in specialized fields. Students' ability development is out of the market, schools lack targeted training and guidance for female graduate students, employment guidance systems and programs do not pay enough attention to graduate students, employers are more willing to hire men on the basis of economic interests. This is the direct cause of the difficulty in obtaining employment for female graduate students; the lack of due attention and tolerance to women in society is still influenced by traditional thinking to give a higher priority to men and lower to women. The loopholes in the legal system make it possible for employers to evade their responsibilities. The imperfection of the social security system, especially the birth insurance system, is one of the fundamental reasons for employers to "dislike women and love men". It is a huge systematic project to solve the employment problem of female graduate students. In this project, the society, the government, the employing unit, the training unit and the female graduate students must all play an important role. This paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of female graduate students from the four angles of training units and individuals.
