基于CDIO的我國卓越工程師培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:為培養(yǎng)符合現(xiàn)代社會需要的工程師,2000年麻省理工學(xué)院聯(lián)合四所大學(xué)通過四年國際合作研究創(chuàng)立了CDIO工程教育方法(CDIO Approach),強(qiáng)調(diào)在系統(tǒng)和產(chǎn)品構(gòu)思、設(shè)計、實施、運(yùn)行的真實工程教育實踐環(huán)境中培養(yǎng)工程師的基本能力,培養(yǎng)具有寬廣知識基礎(chǔ)、多學(xué)科背景、綜合素質(zhì)能力和社會意識的工程師。CDIO工程教育方法區(qū)別于其它工程教育改革的主要特點在于提出了體現(xiàn)其教育目標(biāo)的教學(xué)大綱以及系統(tǒng)化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),自實施以來,已取得顯著成果。 2010年,我國教育部提出“卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計劃”培養(yǎng)卓越工程師,已有194所工科院校、綜合大學(xué)參與,旨在面向工業(yè)界、面向世界、面向未來培養(yǎng)造就一大批創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需要的卓越工程師。但現(xiàn)階段,卓越工程師還只是作為一種理念出現(xiàn),卓越工程師的培養(yǎng)還處在摸索階段,暫未形成明確的教育目標(biāo),卓越工程師的培養(yǎng)需憑學(xué)校自己的摸索,在這個過程中難免出現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)參差不齊的現(xiàn)象。通過借鑒滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)界需求、具有國際性、權(quán)威性和全面性的CDIO教學(xué)大綱,確定卓越工程師的教育目標(biāo)為培養(yǎng)具有寬口徑、厚基礎(chǔ)的知識背景、創(chuàng)新能力和工程能力、國際交流與團(tuán)隊合作能力、主動學(xué)習(xí)和終身學(xué)習(xí)能力以及具有人文素養(yǎng)、工程意識和職業(yè)道德的工程師。通過借鑒CDIO標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析我國高校要實現(xiàn)這些教育目標(biāo)還存在工程教育實踐環(huán)境整體弱化、課程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置缺乏靈活性、教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法陳舊、教師隊伍整體水平有待提高以及國際開放程度不夠等問題。因此,針對我國高校存在的問題,借鑒CDIO工程教育方法,對我國卓越工程師培養(yǎng)提出樹立大工程觀的教育理念、建立生命周期工程教育實踐環(huán)境、構(gòu)建“設(shè)計——實現(xiàn)”為特色的一體化課程體系、主張主動學(xué)習(xí)與綜合學(xué)習(xí)、提高教師綜合教學(xué)能力以及擴(kuò)大工程教育對外開放的建議,旨在提高工程教育的質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)卓越工程師,以滿足我國走特色新型工業(yè)化道路、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家、建設(shè)人才強(qiáng)國的需要。
[Abstract]:In 2000, in order to train engineers to meet the needs of modern society, MIT, in conjunction with four universities, created the CDIO Engineering Education method, CDIO approach, in 2000 through a four-year international collaborative study, emphasizing systems and product design, design, and implementation. In the practical environment of running real engineering education, the basic ability of engineers should be cultivated, and they should have a broad knowledge base and a multi-disciplinary background. The main characteristic of the engineering education method of CDIO, which synthesizes quality ability and social consciousness, differs from other engineering education reform, is that it puts forward the teaching outline and systematic standard which embodies its educational goal. Remarkable results have been achieved. In 2010, the Ministry of Education of China put forward the "Education and training Program for Outstanding Engineers" to train outstanding engineers. There are already 194 engineering colleges and comprehensive universities, which aim to cultivate a large number of innovative abilities for the industry, the world and the future. Excellent engineers who meet the needs of economic and social development. But at this stage, outstanding engineers have only emerged as a concept. The training of outstanding engineers is still in the exploratory stage, and no clear educational objectives have yet been formed. The training of outstanding engineers needs to be groped by the school itself. In this process, it is inevitable that the training is uneven. By learning from the needs of the industry, the CDIO syllabus is international, authoritative and comprehensive. To identify the educational objectives of engineers of excellence as developing a broad and broad-based knowledge background, innovation and engineering skills, international communication and teamwork, active learning and lifelong learning, and humanistic literacy. Engineer of engineering consciousness and professional ethics. By using CDIO standard for reference, it is analyzed that there is a weakening of engineering education practice environment, lack of flexibility of curriculum structure, obsolete teaching contents and teaching methods in order to achieve these educational goals in colleges and universities in our country. The overall level of teachers needs to be improved and the degree of international openness is not enough. Therefore, in view of the problems existing in Chinese universities and colleges and drawing on the method of CDIO engineering education, this paper puts forward the educational concept of setting up the concept of large engineering for the training of outstanding engineers in our country. To establish the practical environment of life cycle engineering education, to construct the integrated curriculum system with the characteristics of "design-realization", to advocate active learning and comprehensive learning, to improve teachers' comprehensive teaching ability and to expand the opening of engineering education to the outside world. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of engineering education and train outstanding engineers to meet the needs of our country in taking the road of characteristic new industrialization, building an innovative country and building a powerful country with talent.
