高校學(xué)生工作隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠問題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育發(fā)展和教育體制改革的深入,我國高校己經(jīng)進(jìn)入了職業(yè)倦怠的高發(fā)期,教師職業(yè)倦怠己成為近年來受關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。上世紀(jì)90年代末以來,為適應(yīng)我國高等教育由精英型向大眾化轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展需要,各省、市都陸續(xù)新建了一批本科高校,專職從事學(xué)生教育管理工作的高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍得到迅速的發(fā)展壯大,隊(duì)伍也越來越趨于年輕化、專業(yè)化和職業(yè)化。關(guān)注研究這批年輕學(xué)工隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)倦怠,對(duì)于他們的職業(yè)發(fā)展和地方高校的科學(xué)持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文正是在此背景下,選取以往被關(guān)注較少的高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍作為研究對(duì)象,探討剖析其產(chǎn)生職業(yè)倦怠的成因與防范措施。文章主要結(jié)構(gòu)如下: 第一部分,概述了文章的選題背景及意義,介紹了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高校教師職業(yè)倦怠的研究現(xiàn)狀和本文采用的主要研究方法,明確本文的研究內(nèi)容。 第二部分,通過對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠概念的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展、職業(yè)倦怠的內(nèi)在屬性和外在表現(xiàn)的闡述概括,界定高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的涵義,對(duì)高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了具體分析。 第三部分,介紹高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的危害,分別從學(xué)工隊(duì)伍自身發(fā)展、學(xué)生和學(xué)生家庭以及高校和社會(huì)三個(gè)角度指出學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的危害性。同時(shí)從學(xué)工隊(duì)伍自身、學(xué)生、高校和社會(huì)四個(gè)因素分析了高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的形成原因,重點(diǎn)剖析了高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍產(chǎn)生職業(yè)倦怠的內(nèi)因。 第四部分,提出了防范高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的措施。結(jié)合高校學(xué)工隊(duì)伍職業(yè)倦怠的表現(xiàn)與成因,分別從構(gòu)建社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)、學(xué)校支持系統(tǒng)和自我支持系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面提出了具體的防范措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education and the reform of education system in our country, colleges and universities in China have entered the period of high incidence of job burnout, and teachers' job burnout has become a hot issue in recent years. Since the end of -10s, teachers' job burnout has become a hot issue. In order to meet the needs of the transformation of higher education from elite to popular, every province and city has established a batch of undergraduate colleges and universities one after another, and the team of university students who are full-time engaged in the management of students' education has been rapidly developed and strengthened. The research on the job burnout of these young students is of great practical significance for their professional development and the sustainable scientific development of local colleges and universities. Under this background, this paper selects the academic workers who have received less attention in the past as the research object, and discusses the causes and preventive measures of their job burnout. The main structure of the article is as follows:. In the first part, it summarizes the background and significance of this paper, introduces the research status quo and main research methods adopted in this paper, and clarifies the research content of this paper. The second part, through the emergence and development of the concept of job burnout, the internal attributes and external performance of job burnout, define the meaning of job burnout. This paper makes a concrete analysis on the performance of job burnout of the academic staff in colleges and universities. In the third part, the author introduces the harmfulness of the job burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities, and points out the harmfulness of the job burnout from the perspectives of the self-development of the academic workers, the students and their families, and the universities and the society, and at the same time, from the perspective of the study-workers themselves, Four factors, students, universities and society, have analyzed the causes of the formation of job burnout, and analyzed the internal causes of the job burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities. In the 4th part, the author puts forward the measures to prevent the job burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities, combining with the manifestation and causes of the burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities, constructs the social support system, respectively. School support system and self-support system three aspects of specific preventive measures.
