【摘要】：培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神既是高校思想政治教育新的時代任務(wù),同時也是高校思想政治教育自身創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重要動力和內(nèi)容。本文在厘清創(chuàng)新、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)新教育等概念的基礎(chǔ)上,比較分析了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果,深刻認(rèn)識到進(jìn)一步深化高校思想政治教育視域下大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神意義重大,是順應(yīng)知識經(jīng)濟(jì)挑戰(zhàn)、提高我國綜合國力和國際競爭力的需要,是提高大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)和自我價值實現(xiàn)的需要,也是推進(jìn)高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新的需要。培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神作為高校思想政治教育的內(nèi)在要求,不僅為高校思想政治教育改革提供了良好的契機(jī)和思路,也豐富和拓展著高校思想政治教育創(chuàng)新的重要內(nèi)容。具體而言,高校思想政治教育對促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的重要作用主要體現(xiàn)為：為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)提供了科學(xué)的方法論前提和認(rèn)知手段,提供了源源不斷的精神動力,提供了責(zé)任意識保證作用。 但是,研究表明,目前我國高校思想政治教育在培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神方面存在許多問題,這些問題既體現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)教育理念和教育模式不盡適應(yīng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的時代要求,也體現(xiàn)在教育內(nèi)容和方法上滯后于知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代高校思想政治教育培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神的現(xiàn)實需求,同時,缺乏創(chuàng)新型的師資隊伍也是制約高校思想政治教育在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神方面取得實效的主要因素。 他山之石,可以攻玉。國外一些發(fā)達(dá)國家依托思想政治教育培養(yǎng)公民特別是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神的實踐和經(jīng)驗值得借鑒。論文初步分析了美國、日本思想政治教育中創(chuàng)新精神培育,提出了這些國家的成功實踐對我們的啟示有：注重道德基本理論的研究,不斷更新理念；利用一切可用因素并重視各種道德教育資源的整合；全面性的道德評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),做不同層次的要求；注重德育實踐工作,加強(qiáng)德育實踐模式探索。 在立足現(xiàn)實分析和借鑒國外高校思想政治教育培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神成功實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,論文從教育理念、教育模式、教育方法等方面對如何推進(jìn)我國高校思想政治教育加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行一些深入的思考,提出一些對策建議,包括構(gòu)建有利于創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的教育模式；健全有利于創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的育人機(jī)制；完善有利于創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的實踐機(jī)制；優(yōu)化有利于創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的評價、激勵機(jī)制等。
[Abstract]:Cultivating the innovative spirit of college students is not only a new task of the times of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, but also an important motive force and content of the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. On the basis of the concept of innovative education, this paper compares and analyzes the related research results at home and abroad, and deeply recognizes the theoretical and practical significance of further deepening the research on the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to cultivate the innovative spirit of college students. It is necessary to adapt to the challenge of knowledge economy, to improve the overall national strength and international competitiveness of our country, and to improve the quality of college students and the realization of their own value. It is also the need to promote the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As the inherent requirement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students not only provides a good opportunity and train of thought for the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It also enriches and expands the important contents of ideological and political education innovation in colleges and universities. The important function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to promote the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students is as follows: it provides a scientific premise of methodology and cognitive means for the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students, and provides an endless stream of spiritual power. Provides a sense of responsibility to ensure the role. However, the study shows that there are many problems in cultivating the innovative spirit of college students in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in our country. These problems are reflected in the fact that the traditional educational concepts and educational models do not meet the requirements of the times for the cultivation of the innovative spirit of college students. It is also reflected in the fact that the contents and methods of education lag behind the realistic demand of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the era of knowledge economy to cultivate the innovative spirit of college students, at the same time, The lack of innovative teachers is also the main factor restricting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in college students in the spirit of innovation. The practice and experience of developing citizens, especially college students, in some developed countries based on ideological and political education is worthy of reference. Japanese ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative spirit, put forward the successful practice of these countries to our inspiration: pay attention to the study of the basic theory of morality, constantly update the concept; Using all available factors and attaching importance to the integration of various moral education resources; comprehensive moral evaluation standards, to do different levels of requirements; to pay attention to the practical work of moral education, to strengthen the exploration of moral education practice model. Based on the analysis of reality and the successful practice of cultivating college students' innovative spirit in ideological and political education of foreign universities, this paper discusses the educational concept and educational model. In the aspects of education methods and so on how to promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students is considered deeply and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including the construction of an educational model conducive to the cultivation of innovative spirit; It is necessary to perfect the educational mechanism conducive to the cultivation of innovative spirit, to perfect the practical mechanism conducive to the cultivation of innovative spirit, to optimize the evaluation and incentive mechanism conducive to the cultivation of innovative spirit, and so on.
