【摘要】：大學(xué)生自我教育是思想政治教育的重要方面和環(huán)節(jié),沒有大學(xué)生的自我教育活動(dòng),大學(xué)生思想政治教育就是不完全的。與思想政治教育相比,大學(xué)生自我教育凸顯出更強(qiáng)的“主體性”,在思想政治教育中的作用不容忽視。然而,長期以來,人們對(duì)大學(xué)生自我教育重視不夠,其作用也未得到充分發(fā)揮,影響了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的效果。因而有必要對(duì)大學(xué)生自我教育的價(jià)值進(jìn)行深入的研究。研究大學(xué)生自我教育的價(jià)值,有利于豐富自我教育理論和思想政治教育理論,有利于提高大學(xué)生的自我教育能力,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長。 本文除導(dǎo)論外,分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分,闡述大學(xué)生自我教育的內(nèi)涵和特征。在闡釋大學(xué)生自我教育內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了大學(xué)生自我教育的突出特征：教育指向的自我性、教育內(nèi)容的自選性、教育動(dòng)力的內(nèi)生性、教育行動(dòng)的自控性、教育過程的連續(xù)性。 第二部分,論述大學(xué)生自我教育價(jià)值的價(jià)值內(nèi)容。這是本文的重點(diǎn)。本文認(rèn)為,大學(xué)生自我教育具有重要的價(jià)值,一是促進(jìn)大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展,包括品德修養(yǎng)價(jià)值、價(jià)值引導(dǎo)價(jià)值、人格發(fā)展價(jià)值、能力提升價(jià)值等；二是促進(jìn)大學(xué)生個(gè)體社會(huì)化,包括生存價(jià)值、行為規(guī)范價(jià)值、角色社會(huì)化價(jià)值、理想建構(gòu)價(jià)值等；三是指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生解決實(shí)際問題,包括學(xué)習(xí)激勵(lì)價(jià)值、生活指導(dǎo)價(jià)值、人際關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)價(jià)值、心理調(diào)適價(jià)值等；四是增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育有效性,包括理念更新價(jià)值、目標(biāo)保證價(jià)值、模式創(chuàng)新價(jià)值、環(huán)境優(yōu)化價(jià)值等。 第三部分,提出大學(xué)生自我教育價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的方略。這是全文的落腳點(diǎn)。針對(duì)影響大學(xué)生自我教育價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的因素,從發(fā)揮大學(xué)生主體性,增強(qiáng)其自我教育能力；創(chuàng)新思想政治教育,為大學(xué)生自我教育提供有效指導(dǎo)；創(chuàng)設(shè)教育條件,營造良好環(huán)境三個(gè)方面提出切實(shí)有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)方略。
[Abstract]:Self-education of college students is an important aspect and link of ideological and political education. Without the self-education activities of college students, the ideological and political education of college students is incomplete. The self-education of college students shows a stronger "subjectivity" and plays an important role in ideological and political education. However, for a long time, people have not paid enough attention to the self-education of college students, and their role has not been brought into full play. Therefore, it is necessary to study the value of college students' self-education, which is helpful to enrich the theory of self-education and the theory of ideological and political education. It is beneficial to improve the ability of self-education and promote the healthy growth of college students. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts:. The first part expounds the connotation and characteristics of college students' self-education. On the basis of explaining the connotation of college students' self-education, it discusses the prominent characteristics of college students' self-education: the self-orientation of education, the self-selection of educational content. The endogenous nature of educational motivation, the self-control of educational action and the continuity of educational process. The second part discusses the value content of college students' self-education value, which is the focus of this paper. This paper holds that the self-education of college students has important value, one is to promote the development of college students' comprehensive quality, including the value of moral cultivation. The second is to promote the individual socialization of college students, including survival value, behavior norm value, role socialization value, ideal construction value, etc. Third, guide college students to solve practical problems, including the value of learning motivation, life guidance, interpersonal relationship coordination, psychological adjustment, etc. Fourth, enhance the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, including the value of concept renewal. Objective guarantee value, mode innovation value, environment optimization value, etc. In the third part, the author puts forward the strategy of realizing the value of college students' self-education, which is the foothold of the full text. In view of the factors that affect the realization of self-education value of college students, we should give full play to college students' subjectivity and enhance their ability of self-education. To innovate ideological and political education to provide effective guidance for college students' self-education, to create educational conditions and to create good environment, and to put forward practical and effective realization strategies.
