【摘要】：法、美、德、俄在高等教育發(fā)展的歷程中,致力于將工程教育和工程技術人才的培養(yǎng)視為國家持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力所在和提升國家競爭力的有力保證,并以其"卓越"的教育質量享譽全球。其"卓越"緣由在于:分工明確的高等工程教育系統(tǒng)確保其功能的有效發(fā)揮;適切性、綜合性、實踐性的培養(yǎng)過程設計使工程本質得以充分體現(xiàn);制度化、前瞻性認證基準及政策報告規(guī)約和引領高等工程教育改革。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of higher education, France, the United States, Germany and Russia have devoted themselves to regard engineering education and the cultivation of engineering technical personnel as the potential of the country's sustainable development and as a powerful guarantee to enhance the country's competitiveness. It is famous all over the world for its "outstanding" educational quality. The reason for its "excellence" lies in: a well-defined higher engineering education system ensures the effective performance of its functions, relevance and comprehensiveness, The practical training process design makes the engineering essence fully manifest, institutionalization, prospective certification benchmark and policy report, and guide the reform of higher engineering education.
