語言經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角下的廣西雙語教育研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開大量的既掌握一門外國(guó)語言又熟悉專業(yè)知識(shí)的復(fù)合型人才。為了培養(yǎng)這種復(fù)合型人才,在學(xué)校中使用第二語言或外語傳授學(xué)科內(nèi)容的教育模式(即雙語教育模式)在國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 隨著中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立,廣西成為中國(guó)進(jìn)入東盟國(guó)家的重要窗口之一,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也迎來了前所未有的機(jī)遇。廣西的雙語教育正處于探索階段取得了一些突破性的嘗試,但在諸多方面仍存在一些問題,例如,雙語教育中語種選擇問題,雙語師資短缺問題,雙語教育水平總體不高等。鑒于此,如何更好地利用廣西豐富的語言資源及地緣優(yōu)勢(shì),解決廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需求與雙語教育落后現(xiàn)狀之間的矛盾是一個(gè)值得研究的課題。本文主要研究的問題是: (1)廣西雙語教育的現(xiàn)狀是什么? (2)廣西市場(chǎng)需要怎樣的雙語人才? (3)哪種雙語模式適合廣西雙語教育的發(fā)展? 本研究以語言經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為主要的理論框架,通過綜述和網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集最新的數(shù)據(jù),重點(diǎn)分析廣西雙語教育現(xiàn)狀,并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。 本文首先運(yùn)用語言經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的成本收益方法分析廣西漢英雙語教育現(xiàn)狀。雙語能力的培養(yǎng)需要投入個(gè)人成本和社會(huì)成本,而其收益也可從人個(gè)收益和社會(huì)收益兩個(gè)角度考察。研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)廣西漢英雙語教育存在“費(fèi)時(shí)低效”的現(xiàn)象。 其次,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)對(duì)于雙語人才需求探討廣西雙語教育中進(jìn)行合理的外語語種選擇,,促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)者認(rèn)清具備雙語能力的勞動(dòng)者在廣西勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和重要性。 最后,嘗試建立新的雙語教育模式,即漢語-東盟語雙語教育和漢英雙語教育模式并行。雙語教育模式如何做出選擇及如何建立優(yōu)秀的雙語師資隊(duì)伍,并從語言經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和文化生態(tài)學(xué)進(jìn)行可行性分析。 希望本研究有助于廣西更好地展開雙語教育,培養(yǎng)面向東盟國(guó)家,服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的復(fù)合型雙語人才。
[Abstract]:Economic development can not be separated from a large number of complex talents who master a foreign language and are familiar with professional knowledge. The bilingual education model (bilingual education model) in schools using a second language or a foreign language to teach subject content has emerged as the times require at home and abroad. With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Guangxi has become one of the important windows for China to enter ASEAN countries. The social and economic development has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities. Bilingual education in Guangxi has made some breakthrough attempts at the exploratory stage, but there are still some problems in many aspects, such as the choice of language in bilingual education. The shortage of bilingual teachers and the low level of bilingual education on the whole. In view of this, how to make better use of Guangxi's abundant language resources and geographical advantages, It is worth studying to solve the contradiction between Guangxi's economic development needs and the backward situation of bilingual education. What is the current situation of bilingual education in Guangxi? What kind of bilingual talents are needed in the Guangxi market? Which bilingual model is suitable for the development of bilingual education in Guangxi? This study takes linguistic economics as the main theoretical framework, through a review and network collection of the latest data, focus on the analysis of the current situation of bilingual education in Guangxi, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. This paper first uses the cost-benefit method of linguistic economics to analyze the present situation of Chinese-English bilingual education in Guangxi. And its income can also be investigated from two angles of individual income and social income. The study found that bilingual education in Guangxi has the phenomenon of "time-consuming and inefficient". Secondly, according to the market demand for bilingual talents, this paper probes into the reasonable choice of foreign language language in Guangxi bilingual education, so as to promote learners to recognize the competitive advantage and importance of bilingual workers in the Guangxi labor market. Finally, we try to establish a new bilingual education model, that is, Chinese-ASEAN bilingual education and Chinese-English bilingual education. And carry on the feasibility analysis from linguistic economics and cultural ecology. It is hoped that this study will help Guangxi to develop bilingual education and train the composite bilingual talents for ASEAN countries and serve local economic development.
