【摘要】:黨的十七大報(bào)告提出“加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治工作,注重人文關(guān)懷和心理疏導(dǎo),用正確方式處理人際關(guān)系!痹谛聲r(shí)期高校思想政治教育中強(qiáng)調(diào)人文關(guān)懷的重要地位,是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系在育人實(shí)踐中的具體運(yùn)用,符合時(shí)代發(fā)展要求。高校貧困生作為特殊的群體,各級(jí)政府、社會(huì)各界、高校等都給予高校貧困生充分的人文關(guān)懷。目前,高校貧困生的人文關(guān)懷取得了很大的成績(jī),促進(jìn)了貧困生的健康成長(zhǎng),但是由于認(rèn)識(shí)理念上存在偏差,制度不健全,采取的教育方法單調(diào),重視物質(zhì)上的關(guān)懷,對(duì)精神上的關(guān)懷不足等原因,高校貧困生的人文關(guān)懷現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀。 本文立足高校貧困生精神關(guān)懷的視角,從分析高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題入手,以社會(huì)、高校、家庭、自身為視角剖析問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,探尋完善高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的方法與路徑,希冀增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,以促進(jìn)高校貧困生的全面發(fā)展。論文研究共分為三個(gè)部分。 第一部分:高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的基本概述。主要闡述人文關(guān)懷的涵義、高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的涵義、高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的基本原則和意義。 第二部分:高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題分析。在充分肯定高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷取得成績(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合調(diào)查情況深入分析高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷存在問(wèn)題及其原因,主要闡述高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷在社會(huì)層面、高校層面、家庭層面和高校貧困生自身層面存在的問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生的原因。 第三部分:加強(qiáng)高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的對(duì)策。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,主要采用搭建高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷的社會(huì)平臺(tái),完善高校貧困生人文關(guān)懷教育體系,創(chuàng)造和諧的家庭教育環(huán)境,提升高校貧困生自我教育能力等對(duì)策進(jìn)行解決。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "strengthening and improving ideological and political work, paying attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance, and dealing with interpersonal relations in a correct way," stressed the important position of humanistic concern in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new period. It is the concrete application of the socialist core value system in the practice of educating people and meets the requirements of the development of the times. As a special group, the poor students in colleges and universities are given sufficient humanistic care by all levels of government, society and universities. At present, The humanistic care of the poor students in colleges and universities has made great achievements and promoted the healthy growth of the poor students. However, due to the deviation in the concept of cognition and the imperfect system, the educational methods adopted are monotonous, and they attach importance to the material care. The present situation of humanistic care for poor students in colleges and universities is not optimistic because of the lack of spiritual care. Based on the angle of view of spiritual care for impoverished college students, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of society, colleges and universities, families and themselves, from the point of view of analyzing the realistic problems of humanistic care for poor students in colleges and universities. In order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and promote the overall development of impoverished college students, this paper is divided into three parts. The first part: the basic outline of humanistic care for poor college students, mainly expounds the meaning of humanistic care, the meaning of humanistic care for poor college students, the basic principles and significance of humanistic care for poor students in colleges and universities. On the basis of fully affirming the achievements of humanistic care for impoverished college students, this paper analyzes deeply the problems and causes of humanistic care for impoverished college students in combination with the investigation. This paper mainly expounds the problems and causes of humanistic concern for impoverished college students in the social, college, family and self-level levels of the poor students in colleges and universities. The third part: strengthening the countermeasures of humanistic care for poor college students. In view of the existing problems, it mainly adopts the social platform to build the humanistic care for the poor students in colleges and universities, and consummates the educational system of humanistic care for the poor students in colleges and universities. To create a harmonious family education environment and improve the ability of self-education of poor college students to solve the problem.
