高等院校創(chuàng)新人才接包需求及其偏好研究

【摘要】:本文首先分析了服務(wù)外包行業(yè)的基本情況,包括服務(wù)外包的分類、我國服務(wù)外包行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及服務(wù)外包行業(yè)面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。之后文章分析了企業(yè)對(duì)于服務(wù)外包的需求,包括創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)的重要性,企業(yè)需要通過開放式創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)始終緊跟市場(chǎng)需求并保持競爭力,企業(yè)通過服務(wù)外包來甄選和培養(yǎng)人才。文章接下來選取高等院校創(chuàng)新人才作為接包方樣本,用以研究接包用戶需求,,文章分別選取了位于華北、華東以及華中的九所高等院校在校學(xué)生和教師作為研究對(duì)象,通過調(diào)查問卷以及面談等方式進(jìn)行調(diào)查與研究,分析高校創(chuàng)新人才特點(diǎn)。文章重點(diǎn)對(duì)不同區(qū)域高等院校創(chuàng)新人才接包需求及其偏好進(jìn)行橫向比較分析,并對(duì)不同學(xué)歷高等院校創(chuàng)新人才接包需求及其偏好進(jìn)行縱向比較分析。通過上述分析發(fā)現(xiàn)接包方的區(qū)域分布特點(diǎn)以及不同學(xué)歷接包方的接包需求與偏好,并以此為服務(wù)于發(fā)包方與接包方的創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展提供信息,確定未來幾年創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的市場(chǎng)規(guī)劃為優(yōu)先發(fā)展華東、華北接包用戶市場(chǎng),逐漸培養(yǎng)華中用戶市場(chǎng),同時(shí)針對(duì)不同學(xué)歷的創(chuàng)新人才提供不同的服務(wù),并采用不同的服務(wù)方式。在簡單介紹了創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的功能與特點(diǎn)后,文章探討了創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的運(yùn)營模式,以及如何提供各項(xiàng)服務(wù)用以滿足企業(yè)發(fā)包方和創(chuàng)新人才接包方的需求。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the basic situation of the service outsourcing industry, including the classification of service outsourcing. The present situation of service outsourcing industry in China and the opportunities and challenges faced by the service outsourcing industry. Then the article analyzes the demand of enterprises for service outsourcing including the importance of innovation to enterprises. Enterprises need to keep up with market demand and maintain competitiveness through open innovation. Enterprises select and train talents through service outsourcing. In order to study the users' needs, this paper selects the students and teachers of nine colleges and universities in North China, East China and Central China as the research objects. Through the investigation and research of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the characteristics of innovative talents in colleges and universities. The article focuses on the horizontal comparative analysis of the demand and preference of innovative talents in different regions of colleges and universities. Through the above analysis, we find out the regional distribution characteristics of the contracting parties and the needs and preferences of different academic qualifications. And in order to provide information for the market development of the innovation platform for the contractor and the contractor, the market planning of the innovation platform for the next few years is to give priority to the development of the consumer market in East China and North China. Gradually cultivate the Huazhong user market, at the same time for different qualifications of innovative talents to provide different services, and adopt different service methods. After a brief introduction of the functions and characteristics of the innovation platform. This paper discusses the operation mode of the innovation platform and how to provide various services to meet the needs of the contracting parties and innovative talents.
