【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已由傳統(tǒng)依靠軍事、資源等硬實(shí)力的較量轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐蕾?lài)以經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技實(shí)力為代表的軟實(shí)力的較量,最終依賴(lài)人才這一核心資源來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。高等教育作為培養(yǎng)人才關(guān)鍵,高等教育的質(zhì)量和體制直接關(guān)系著人才的培養(yǎng),以及人才在國(guó)際中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。從生態(tài)角度研究高等教育的軟實(shí)力,綜合高等教育的制度環(huán)境、培養(yǎng)體制、國(guó)際環(huán)境、價(jià)值取向、工具理性、大學(xué)人格等因素,將其納入高等教育的人才培養(yǎng)體系和大學(xué)自身發(fā)展軌道,形成具有普世意義的價(jià)值理念。 我國(guó)高等教育軟實(shí)力發(fā)展既存在先天不足和后天畸形的特征,又同時(shí)具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源。封建思想殘余禁錮了學(xué)術(shù)自由,過(guò)分的崇洋媚外使得我國(guó)高等教育呈現(xiàn)趨同性和職能化特征,追求工具價(jià)值理性過(guò)程中忽視了對(duì)價(jià)值理性的把握。同時(shí)儒家思想渾厚的文化底蘊(yùn)成為破解西方價(jià)值理念困境的突破口,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化與西方現(xiàn)代文明的恰當(dāng)融合,將為人類(lèi)文明提供一個(gè)全新的文化起點(diǎn)。 提升我國(guó)高等教育軟實(shí)力,必須從戰(zhàn)略的角度重新審視我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展的方向,堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的原則,運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)理念,將倫理責(zé)任、個(gè)人素質(zhì)、社會(huì)環(huán)境、世界格局等元素納入大學(xué)精神的培養(yǎng)中,堅(jiān)持工具理性、價(jià)值理性和行為理性的統(tǒng)一,崇尚民主、自由、平等、博愛(ài)的人文精神,形成具有強(qiáng)大國(guó)際話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)和廣泛影響力的軟實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition among countries in the world has changed from relying on military, resources and other hard power to relying on soft power, which is represented by economic and technological strength. Higher education is the key to the cultivation of talents, and the quality and system of higher education is directly related to the cultivation of talents. From the ecological point of view, the soft power of higher education, the institutional environment of comprehensive higher education, the training system, the international environment, the value orientation, the tool rationality, the university personality and so on. Bring it into the talent training system of higher education and the development track of university itself, and form the value concept of universal significance. The development of soft power of higher education in our country has the characteristics of natural deficiency and acquired malformation, at the same time, it has unique advantage resources. The excessive adoration of foreign countries makes the higher education of our country present the characteristics of convergence and functionalization. The pursuit of instrumental value rationality neglects the grasp of value rationality, and the rich cultural connotation of Confucianism becomes the breakthrough point to solve the dilemma of western value concept. To realize the proper integration of Chinese traditional culture and western modern civilization will provide a new cultural starting point for human civilization. In order to enhance the soft power of higher education in China, we must re-examine the direction of the development of higher education from a strategic point of view, adhere to scientific principles, apply ecological concepts, and bring ethical responsibility, personal quality and social environment into consideration. The world pattern and other elements are brought into the cultivation of the university spirit, adhere to the unity of instrumental rationality, value rationality and behavioral rationality, and advocate the humanistic spirit of democracy, freedom, equality and fraternity. To form a strong international discourse power and wide influence of soft power.
