大學生公民教育問題研究

【摘要】:公民教育作為一種培養(yǎng)廣大民眾成為合格國家公民的手段是現(xiàn)代民主國家共同關(guān)注的課題。大學生作為當今的精英群體,其特定的社會角色決定了其未來在國家經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、民主法治建設(shè)、社會公德建設(shè)等方面承擔著不可推卸的責任。高校是進行公民教育的重要場所,在高校當中開展大學生公民教育對全面提升大學生素質(zhì)能力,發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟,實現(xiàn)社會主義民主政治以及構(gòu)建和諧社會有重要意義。 當前在我國高校中大學生公民教育的狀況不容樂觀,存在著大學生公民教育理念落后,目標不明確;大學生公民教育的開展往往處于自發(fā)狀態(tài);大學生公民教育課程設(shè)置缺位,內(nèi)容匱乏以及大學生公民教育方法途徑單一,實踐性不強等方面的問題。這些問題不是憑空產(chǎn)生的,有的是受到“以和為貴”等封建傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響使大學生公民氛圍難以養(yǎng)成;有的是由于大眾文化帶來的享樂主義在一定程度上消解了大學生公民教育的效果;有的是受到社會環(huán)境以及社會不良因素的影響導致大學生的公民精神培育困難;有的是由于父母的強勢地位以及其公民素質(zhì)水平不高的原因從而導致大學生公民意識的難以形成;有的是因為高校重視程度不高,管理的不足導致大學生公民教育難以全面開展;有的是受到大學生的功利主義心態(tài),角色認知模糊等自身因素影響而使得大學生公民教育效果不佳。針對上述問題,筆者認為應(yīng)當從以下六個方面來加強大學生公民教育:(1)高校要更新公民教育理念,以培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)公民為教育目標;(2)要創(chuàng)建、培育良好的公民教育環(huán)境;(3)要借鑒國外公民教育的經(jīng)驗,構(gòu)建我國大學生公民教育課程體系;(4)要提高高校教師的公民素質(zhì)水平;(5)要創(chuàng)設(shè)社會參與機制,鍛煉大學生公民行為;(6)要整合社會各方面積極因素,激發(fā)大學生參與公民教育的熱情。
[Abstract]:Civic education as a means to train the general public to become eligible citizens is a common concern of modern democratic countries. College students as an elite group. Its specific social role determines its future in the national economic construction, the construction of democracy and the rule of law, the construction of social ethics and other aspects of the unshirkable responsibility. Colleges and universities are an important place for civic education. It is of great significance to carry out civic education in colleges and universities to promote the quality and ability of college students, to develop socialist market economy, to realize socialist democratic politics and to build a harmonious society. At present, the situation of civic education of college students in our country is not optimistic, the concept of civic education of college students is backward, and the goal is not clear. The development of civic education of college students is often in a spontaneous state; These problems, such as the absence of the curriculum, the lack of content, the lack of a single approach to civic education and the lack of practicality, do not arise out of thin air. Some of them are influenced by feudal traditional concepts such as "peace is the most important", which makes it difficult for college students to cultivate their civic atmosphere. Some of the hedonism brought about by popular culture dispels the effect of civic education of college students to a certain extent; Some of them are affected by social environment and social bad factors, which lead to the difficulty of cultivating college students' civic spirit. Some are due to the strong position of parents and their low level of civic quality, resulting in the formation of college students' civic consciousness. Some are due to the low degree of attention in colleges and universities, the lack of management led to the students' civic education is difficult to carry out in an all-round way; Some of them are influenced by the utilitarian mentality of college students, the ambiguity of role cognition and so on, which make the effect of civic education of college students not good. The author thinks that we should strengthen the civic education of college students from the following six aspects: (1) the colleges and universities should renew the concept of civic education and take the cultivation of high-quality citizens as the educational goal; (2) to create and cultivate a good environment for civic education; Thirdly, we should learn from the experience of foreign civic education and construct the curriculum system of civic education for college students in our country. (4) to improve the civic quality of teachers in colleges and universities; (5) to create social participation mechanism and to exercise college students' civic behavior; 6) to integrate all positive factors of society and stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to participate in civic education.
