【摘要】：高校學(xué)生干部是學(xué)生中的佼佼者,怎樣提高學(xué)生干部的整體素質(zhì),直接影響到學(xué)生工作的效果和學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。提高學(xué)生干部的軟實(shí)力,把他們培養(yǎng)成中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,對于全面實(shí)施科教興國和人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略,確保我國在激烈的國際競爭中始終立于不敗之地,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會、加快推進(jìn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化的宏偉目標(biāo),確保中國特色社會主義事業(yè)興旺發(fā)達(dá)、后繼有人,具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用比較研究法、案例分析法、專題討論法等方法,結(jié)合工作實(shí)際,對這一問題作了探討。 第一章：高校學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵及其培養(yǎng)意義。該章基于理論界軟實(shí)力的含義,在現(xiàn)有研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,提出了高校學(xué)生干部這一特殊群體的軟實(shí)力的概念,即“是什么”,并對研究高校學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力的意義進(jìn)行了闡述。 第二章：高校學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)和原則。該章分析了高校學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力培養(yǎng)的具體目標(biāo)及原則,即“為什么”,為提出措施做好鋪墊。 第三章：高校學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力培養(yǎng)的主要措施。該章是全文的落腳點(diǎn),在闡述、分析和總結(jié)學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)及原則的基礎(chǔ)上,對培養(yǎng)高校學(xué)生干部軟實(shí)力提出了擬定培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、選擇培養(yǎng)方法、利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)載體、開展校園文化活動和進(jìn)行社會實(shí)踐的主要措施,即“怎么辦”。
[Abstract]:Student cadres in colleges and universities are the best among the students. How to improve the overall quality of student cadres directly affects the effect of student work and the overall development of students and improve the soft power of student cadres. To train them as builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics will ensure that our country will always remain invincible in the fierce international competition by comprehensively implementing the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talent. We should ensure the realization of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, speeding up the socialist modernization, and ensuring that the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is prosperous and developed, and that there are successors to it. This paper, guided by Marxist theory, uses comparative research method, case analysis method, thematic discussion method and so on, on the basis of consulting relevant literature. This problem is discussed. The first chapter: the scientific connotation and cultivation significance of soft power of university student cadres. This chapter is based on the meaning of soft power in theoretical circles and on the basis of existing research results. This paper puts forward the concept of "what is" the soft power of this special group of student cadres in colleges and universities, and expounds the significance of studying the soft power of student cadres in colleges and universities. Chapter two: the aim and principle of the cultivation of soft power of student cadres in colleges and universities. This chapter analyzes the specific objectives and principles of the cultivation of soft power of student cadres in colleges and universities, that is, "why", which lays the groundwork for putting forward measures. The third chapter: the main measures to cultivate the soft power of college student cadres. This chapter is the foothold of the full text, on the basis of expounding, analyzing and summarizing the objectives and principles of the cultivation of soft power of student cadres. This paper puts forward the main measures of how to develop the campus cultural activities and social practice, such as drawing up the training plan, choosing the training method, using the network carrier, and carrying out the social practice to cultivate the soft power of the student cadres in colleges and universities.
