【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，全國(guó)高校自2000年開(kāi)始了前所未有的擴(kuò)招之路，截止到2011年年底，全國(guó)高校在校生已經(jīng)達(dá)到了2308.5萬(wàn)人。隨著高校學(xué)生的急劇膨脹，高校社團(tuán)隊(duì)伍也在不斷的發(fā)展壯大，高校社團(tuán)儼然已經(jīng)成為高校校園文化中非常重要的一部分。高校學(xué)生通過(guò)加入社團(tuán)，參與社團(tuán)組織的活動(dòng)、參與社團(tuán)的組建與管理，不僅可以很好的豐富學(xué)生的業(yè)余生活，培養(yǎng)廣泛的興趣愛(ài)好，還可以拓寬人際交往面，鍛煉人際交往能力、組織能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力以及統(tǒng)籌安排等能力，為自己將來(lái)畢業(yè)走向工作崗位培養(yǎng)必要的技能。 在人們的日常學(xué)習(xí)、生活和工作中，工業(yè)工程(Industrial Engineering,簡(jiǎn)稱IE)無(wú)處不在，它廣泛應(yīng)用于信息、金融、物流、醫(yī)療、服務(wù)、國(guó)防等領(lǐng)域，尤其在高校教育工作中運(yùn)用的方法和技術(shù)，使很多難題迎刃而解。在學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理中運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程理論，可以節(jié)約管理成本，提高工作效率，提高學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性，提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，從而使學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理工作更加有序和專(zhuān)業(yè)。本文針對(duì)高校社團(tuán)中存在的問(wèn)題，運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程中諸多相關(guān)理論提出自己的一些建議，并以實(shí)際周年活動(dòng)等實(shí)例說(shuō)明工業(yè)工程相關(guān)理論可以很好的應(yīng)用于高校社團(tuán)中，，促進(jìn)高校社團(tuán)的發(fā)展和高校校園文化的建設(shè)。 本文首先分析了研究背景、研究意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，然后闡述了工業(yè)工程中的SLP方法、5S管理、工作研究理論、人因工程和ECRS分析法，接著分析了當(dāng)今高校社團(tuán)中存在的問(wèn)題并給出了適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh，最后將上述工業(yè)工程理論應(yīng)用到社團(tuán)的實(shí)際工作中，比如用SLP方法進(jìn)行會(huì)場(chǎng)布置，利用ECRS對(duì)來(lái)賓接待流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, colleges and universities throughout the country have started an unprecedented expansion of enrollment since 2000, until the end of 2011. The number of college students in China has reached twenty-three million eighty-five thousand. With the rapid expansion of college students, the ranks of university associations are also growing. The university community has become a very important part of the campus culture. College students participate in the activities of the association organization and participate in the formation and management of the community by joining the community. Not only can enrich the amateur life of the students, cultivate a wide range of interests, but also broaden the scope of interpersonal communication, exercise interpersonal skills, organizational ability, coordination ability and overall arrangement ability. Develop the necessary skills for your future graduation to work. Industrial Engineering is ubiquitous in people's daily study, life and work. It is widely used in information, finance and logistics. In the fields of medical treatment, service, national defense and so on, especially the methods and techniques used in higher education work, many difficult problems can be solved. The application of industrial engineering theory in student association management can save the management cost. Improve work efficiency, improve students' subjective initiative, improve students' comprehensive quality, so as to make the management of student associations more orderly and professional. Using many relevant theories in industrial engineering to put forward some suggestions, and with the actual annual activities and other examples to illustrate that industrial engineering related theories can be well applied in the university community. To promote the development of university associations and the construction of campus culture. This paper first analyzes the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad, and then describes the industrial engineering SLP management, work research theory, human factor engineering and ECRS analysis. Then it analyzes the existing problems in the university community and gives some appropriate suggestions. Finally, the above industrial engineering theory is applied to the practical work of the community, for example, the SLP method is used to arrange the venue. Make use of ECRS to optimize guest reception process.
