【摘要】：伴隨著我國高等教育大眾化時代的來臨，高校研究生教育規(guī)模的增長時期也隨之而來，在這樣的背景下，西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育得到了一定的發(fā)展，并取得了相當(dāng)不錯的成績，但是由于西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育起步較晚，還存在不少亟待解決的問題。本文通過以西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育為例，運用文獻法、問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法等研究方法對西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀進行研究，在總結(jié)成績的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題，針對存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策，以期在全國高等教育大眾化的背景下提高西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育質(zhì)量，進而促進西藏高等教育持續(xù)健康、快速的發(fā)展。 本篇論文的文章結(jié)構(gòu)：第一章首先說明西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀研究問題的緣起、文獻綜述和研究意義，然后是研究生教育質(zhì)量概念的界定；第二章描述了西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育的概況，并總結(jié)了西藏民族學(xué)院自創(chuàng)辦研究生教育以來所取得的成績和經(jīng)驗，成績和經(jīng)驗主要是培養(yǎng)規(guī)模逐漸擴大；辦學(xué)層次和水平明顯提高；導(dǎo)師隊伍發(fā)展迅速；專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)得以優(yōu)化，研究領(lǐng)域逐漸拓展。然后根據(jù)調(diào)查問卷中反饋的統(tǒng)計信息發(fā)現(xiàn)已有成績和存在的不足，不足主要集中體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面：生源質(zhì)量不高；學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)氛圍不夠濃厚；培養(yǎng)方面研究生進行的科研訓(xùn)練不足；對現(xiàn)行導(dǎo)師遴選制度的評價不高；課程考核方式單一；第三章從研究生自身因素、校園學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境、導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)、課程設(shè)置、研究生管理環(huán)節(jié)等方面入手對調(diào)查問卷分析出來的問題加以總結(jié)歸納；最后在對西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育質(zhì)量存在問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上，，提出解決問題的策略。 本篇論文的創(chuàng)新之處是關(guān)于西藏研究生教育質(zhì)量方面的研究還存在著空缺，本研究沒有選擇從宏觀整體把握研究生教育質(zhì)量而是選擇以西藏民族學(xué)院微觀具體實例對其研究生教育質(zhì)量取得的成績和現(xiàn)存問題及相關(guān)對策等問題的闡述，爭取對未來西藏民族學(xué)院研究生教育質(zhì)量的提高乃至西藏研究生教育質(zhì)量的改善提供一定理論和方法的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the era of higher education popularization in our country, the growth period of graduate education in colleges and universities also follows. Under this background, graduate education of Tibet Institute of nationalities has been developed to a certain extent. And has achieved quite good results, but due to the late start of graduate education in Tibet Institute of nationalities, there are still many problems to be solved. This paper takes the graduate education of Tibet Institute of nationalities as an example, using the literature method. The present situation of graduate education quality in Tibet Institute for nationalities is studied by questionnaire and interview methods. The problems are found on the basis of summarizing the achievements, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in view of the existing problems. The aim is to improve the quality of graduate education in Tibet Institute of nationalities under the background of popularization of higher education in China, and to promote the sustained, healthy and rapid development of higher education in Tibet. The article structure of this thesis: the first chapter explains the origin, literature review and significance of the current research on the quality of graduate education in Tibet Institute for nationalities, and then the definition of the concept of graduate education quality; The second chapter describes the general situation of graduate education in Tibet Institute for nationalities and summarizes the achievements and experiences since the establishment of graduate education in Tibet Institute of nationalities. The achievements and experiences are mainly the gradual expansion of the scale of cultivation. The level and level of running a school is obviously improved; The mentor team develops rapidly; The professional structure is optimized and the research field is gradually expanded. Then according to the statistical information feedback in the questionnaire we find that the achievements and shortcomings are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the quality of students is not high; School academic atmosphere is not strong enough; The training of graduate students in scientific research training is insufficient; The evaluation of the current tutor selection system is not high; The examination method of curriculum is single; The third chapter summarizes the problems analyzed by the questionnaire from the aspects of graduate students' own factors, campus academic environment, tutors' team construction, curriculum setup, graduate students' management links, and so on. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the quality of graduate education in Tibet Institute for nationalities, the author puts forward some strategies to solve the problems. The innovation of this paper is that there are still gaps in the research on the quality of graduate education in Tibet. This study does not choose from the macro overall grasp of graduate education quality, but choose to take the micro-specific examples of Tibet Institute for nationalities to its graduate education quality achievements and extant problems and related countermeasures. It aims to provide some theoretical and methodological references for the improvement of the quality of graduate education in Tibet Institute for nationalities and the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education in Tibet in the future.
