人本管理視閾下大學(xué)生思想政治工作負(fù)效應(yīng)及其對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生思想政治工作對(duì)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才具有重要的作用和意義,在高校的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中具有教育功能、引導(dǎo)功能和管理功能等。但在時(shí)代發(fā)展和社會(huì)環(huán)境改變的背景下,大學(xué)生思想政治工作也表現(xiàn)出一定的不適應(yīng)性,即受各種因素影響,教育效果和教育目標(biāo)相背離,使其產(chǎn)生“負(fù)效應(yīng)”現(xiàn)象。人本管理科學(xué)為大學(xué)生思想政治工作提供了新思路,二者具有實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)的共同性、目標(biāo)的統(tǒng)一性、對(duì)象的相似性、手段的互補(bǔ)性等。從人本管理學(xué)科和思想政治教育學(xué)科的交叉與滲透中來思考高校教育人、培養(yǎng)人的目標(biāo)和使命具有深刻的時(shí)代意義和社會(huì)意義。 本文立足當(dāng)下大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)際,運(yùn)用人本管理科學(xué)理論客觀分析思想政治教育的局限性,從其對(duì)個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)需要的忽略、剛性管理中缺乏細(xì)致的人文關(guān)懷、組織文化缺乏向心力、管理隊(duì)伍缺乏可持續(xù)性四個(gè)方面分析思想政治教育負(fù)效應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀與原因。 最后,以人本管理為視角,從四個(gè)方面提出了對(duì)克服思想政治教育負(fù)效應(yīng)對(duì)策的思考。第一,激發(fā)個(gè)體潛能,探索大學(xué)生自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的奮斗模式。第二,建設(shè)專業(yè)、開放的管理隊(duì)伍。第三,充分發(fā)揮環(huán)境的塑造作用和文化的整合作用。第四,建立綜效協(xié)調(diào)的組織管理模式。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political work of college students plays an important role in the growth and development of college students and has educational function in the teaching activities of colleges and universities. However, under the background of the development of the times and the change of social environment, the ideological and political work of college students also shows some inadaptability, that is, affected by various factors. The result of education deviates from the goal of education, which causes the phenomenon of "negative effect". Humanistic management science provides a new way of thinking for the ideological and political work of college students. The two have the commonality of practice foundation and the unity of goal. The similarity of objects, the complementarity of means, and so on. From the intersection and infiltration of humanistic management and ideological and political education, the author thinks about the education of people in colleges and universities. The aim and mission of cultivating human beings have profound significance of the times and society. Based on the reality of ideological and political education of college students, this paper objectively analyzes the limitations of ideological and political education by using the theory of humanistic management science, and neglects the needs of individual growth. The present situation and reasons of the negative effect of ideological and political education are analyzed in the following four aspects: lack of meticulous humanistic care, lack of centripetal force of organizational culture and lack of sustainability of management team in rigid management. Finally, from the perspective of people-oriented management, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to overcome the negative effects of ideological and political education from four aspects. First, to stimulate the individual potential, explore the self-realization of college students' struggle mode. Build professional, open management team. Third, give full play to the role of environmental shaping and cultural integration. 4th, establish a comprehensive and coordinated organizational management model.
