【摘要】：正義是人類社會(huì)最高的道德理想和價(jià)值追求之一,也是約束人類的行為準(zhǔn)則。正義是對(duì)個(gè)人存在及其行為合理與否的追問,也是對(duì)人與人之間和諧社會(huì)關(guān)系的最高概念表達(dá),它是人類對(duì)于當(dāng)下的反思,反過來又觀照社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)。正義之所以受關(guān)注是因?yàn)樗乾F(xiàn)實(shí)的,直接關(guān)系到人們的實(shí)際生活,影響人們的生活質(zhì)量,在人們不斷追求正義的過程中,形成了各具內(nèi)涵和價(jià)值取向的正義觀念。 馬克思主義正義觀是在繼承以往優(yōu)秀的正義觀思想的基礎(chǔ)上,在批判封建社會(huì)、資本主義社會(huì)以及勞動(dòng)異化等不正義的現(xiàn)實(shí)中建筑起的,其本質(zhì)就是追求人的自由全面的發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)人類的根本利益。馬克思主義正義觀是在歷史唯物主義基礎(chǔ)上形成的,因此具有很強(qiáng)的時(shí)代特征和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,閃爍著時(shí)代的光輝。 隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和改革開放的深入,社會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出日益錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的局面,新的利益關(guān)系和格局的調(diào)整和分化,各種群體之間的新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和合作,使得人們的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀面對(duì)前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和詰難。人們對(duì)于正義的訴求反映在思想政治教育領(lǐng)域就是對(duì)正義觀教育的強(qiáng)調(diào),大學(xué)生在社會(huì)深刻轉(zhuǎn)型和經(jīng)濟(jì)分化的過程中,受到越來越多社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的影響和沖擊,道德和正義出現(xiàn)了大滑坡,思想政治教育中的正義觀教育需要新的正義理論的補(bǔ)充和豐富。大學(xué)生在日常學(xué)習(xí)、生活和工作中應(yīng)該做什么、應(yīng)該怎么做、為什么要這樣做、怎樣積極的轉(zhuǎn)變和扮演社會(huì)角色并維護(hù)社會(huì)正義等等是大學(xué)生正義觀教育必須解決的根本問題。 大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的正義觀教育是以馬克思主義正義觀理論為主體,充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的引領(lǐng)作用,同時(shí)吸收中外傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化中的正義觀教育的精神和成果,引導(dǎo)幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的正義觀,做維護(hù)社會(huì)正義的堅(jiān)定實(shí)踐者。文章立足于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在生活和學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)際情況,分析大學(xué)生在社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)面前存在的各種正義缺失現(xiàn)象,對(duì)造成這些問題的原因進(jìn)行了分析、歸納和總結(jié),并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建大學(xué)生正義觀教育的主要內(nèi)容,即以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系為引導(dǎo)的社會(huì)主義制度正義觀教育、程序正義觀教育、分配正義觀教育以及涉及個(gè)人正義的道德規(guī)范教育,積極探索實(shí)施正義觀教育的方法途徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校和大學(xué)生的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生良好的個(gè)人道德修養(yǎng)。積極的應(yīng)對(duì)解決大學(xué)生在復(fù)雜多變的社會(huì)形勢(shì)下出現(xiàn)的各種問題是思想政治教育中正義觀教育的重要任務(wù),也是推進(jìn)正義觀教育實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑,大學(xué)生正義觀教育的主要目的是使大學(xué)生能在紛繁復(fù)雜的局面中經(jīng)受起考驗(yàn),主動(dòng)抵制不良思想的侵襲,自覺完善思想道德素質(zhì),為社會(huì)主義建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量,同時(shí)也為新時(shí)代的思想政治教育開辟新的局面。
[Abstract]:Justice is the human society is the highest moral ideal and value pursuit of human behavior, but also constraints criteria. Justice is the existence of the individual and its behavior is reasonable or not questioning, but also the highest concept of harmonious society and the relationship between people, it is the human reflection for the moment, in turn, realistic society, justice is subject. Attention because it is a reality, is directly related to the real life of people, affect the quality of people's lives, in the process of pursuing justice in the formation of the concept of justice with the connotation and value orientation.
Marx's concept of justice is based on inheriting the past outstanding justice idea, in the criticism of the feudal society, building the reality of capitalist society and the alienation of labor and justice in, its essence is the pursuit of human freedom and comprehensive development, realize the fundamental interests. Marx's concept of justice is formed in the historical materialism based on patriotism, so it has practical significance and strong characteristics of the times, flashing a brilliant light of the times.
With the development of our socialist market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, the society appears more and more perplexing situation, adjustment and differentiation of interests and the new pattern, new competition and cooperation among different groups, making people's world outlook, outlook on life and values in the face of hitherto unknown challenge and interrogation of people for justice. The appeal is reflected in the field of Ideological and political education is the emphasis on the justice view education, college students in the process of social transformation and economic differentiation, more and more influenced by the social reality and the impact of morality and justice, there has been a large landslide, the ideological and political education in the view of justice needs to supplement the justice theory of new and rich education. Students in the daily learning, life and work should do what, what to do, why, how positive change and play a social role and dimension The protection of social justice and so on is the fundamental problem to be solved in the education of College Students' view of justice.
The ideological and political education in the view of justice education is based on Marx's concept of justice theory as the main body, give full play to the leading role of the socialist core value system, and absorb foreign excellent traditional culture in the view of justice education spirit and achievement, guide to help students establish a correct concept of justice, safeguard the firm practitioners of social justice. On the basis of in the actual situation of contemporary college students in life and study, analysis of college students exist in the social reality of the lack of justice, the reasons for these problems are analyzed and summarized, and based on the construction of main contents of justice view education of college students, namely the socialist core value system as the guidance of the socialist system of justice education, procedure justice education, ethics education and distributive justice relates to personal justice education product Explore ways to implement the method, the realization of social justice education, family, school and the organic unity of college students, cultivate their personal moral cultivation. Positive coping of college students to solve all kinds of problems appeared in the complicated and changeable social situation of the ideological and political education is an important task in view of Justice of education, but also promote the realistic way of justice the concept of educational practice, the main purpose of justice view education of college students is to make students can withstand test in the complicated situation, actively resist the bad thoughts, consciously improve ideological and moral quality, make contributions to the socialist construction of their own strength, but also open up a new situation for the ideological and political education in the new era.
