【摘要】：隨著近些年高校藝術(shù)類專業(yè)大學(xué)生規(guī)模的不斷增長,針對思想特征、心理特征和行為習(xí)慣都極具特殊性的藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作也愈發(fā)為學(xué)界所重視。高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員是藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生的思想政治教育的主要承擔(dān)者和生力軍,因此這支隊伍建設(shè)發(fā)展的情況,直接關(guān)系到藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生的思想政治教育開展的實際效果。目前,由于諸多因素影響,高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)中還存在許多問題亟待解決。 本文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有針對藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育和輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,主要針對高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)中存在的問題,對當(dāng)前這支隊伍發(fā)展的途徑問題進了探討和研究。 論文第一章是文獻綜述,主要針對本文選題的緣起、目前相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀和論文寫作的思路和方法進行了交代；接著在文章的第二章中,筆者對高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的基本內(nèi)涵進行了概括,并依據(jù)高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員工作職能對其角色進行了“教育者”、“管理者”、“服務(wù)者”、“研究者”多重定位；在第三章中,針對目前高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍中存在的職業(yè)認(rèn)同弱化、科研能力鈍化、輔導(dǎo)員配備比例欠科學(xué),隊伍成員易職現(xiàn)象凸顯四方面的主要問題進行了分析,并結(jié)合藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員的工作實際進行了原因探究,得出制約藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍發(fā)展的主要因素；在此基礎(chǔ)之上,筆者在第四章中提出了高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)“堅持政治性與藝術(shù)性相統(tǒng)一、堅持專業(yè)化與個性化發(fā)展相結(jié)合、堅持教育性與服務(wù)性相對接”三點總體要求,最后得出加強高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)輔導(dǎo)員重視程度、優(yōu)化高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)輔導(dǎo)員選拔機制、加強高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)、提升高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員科研能力、提升高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員科研能力、創(chuàng)新高校藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員管理考評模式的五條隊伍建設(shè)具體路徑。 本文通過分析藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員隊伍存在問題并提出建設(shè)對策,期望可以為高校藝術(shù)類專業(yè)打造一支專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化、動態(tài)化的輔導(dǎo)員隊伍提供價值參考,對藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員的選拔、培養(yǎng)、使用提供一定的實踐指導(dǎo),以期有助于進一步加強和改進高校藝術(shù)類專業(yè)學(xué)生思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with the increasing scale of university students majored in art, according to the particularity of ideological characteristics, psychological characteristics and behavior are very the art students' Ideological and political education work is increasingly valued by scholars. The art college counselors are mainly responsible for the ideological and political education of art students and the force, so the development of the team construction, is directly related to the actual effect of Ideological and political education of art students development. At present, due to many factors, there are still many problems in college art students' counselor team construction must be resolved.
Based on the summary of the existing research results based on the art of Ideological and political education and the construction of counselors, college art students mainly aimed at the existing problems in the construction of tutors, and discusses on the problem of the current study way of team development.
The first chapter is the literature review, this paper focuses on the origin of the topic, the related research status and thesis writing ideas and methods were explained; then in the second chapter, the basic connotation of university art students counselors are summarized, and on the basis of College Art Students' counselors work functions the "education" of the role of "management", "service", "the researchers" multiple location; in the third chapter, aiming at the problems of college art students counselors in vocational identity weakening the ability of scientific research, passivation, counselors with the proportion of less scientific, team members to post the main highlights four aspects are analyzed, and combined with the art students' counselors work for exploring the reasons that restrict the practice of art students counselors The main factors of development; on this basis, the author puts forward the college art students' Counselors "adhere to the political and artistic unity in the fourth chapter, adhere to the combination of professional and personal development, adhere to the education and service docking" three general requirements, finally strengthen the College Art University Counselor of the degree of attention, optimizing the selection mechanism of College Art University, strengthen the university art students counselors' professional training, to enhance college art students' scientific research ability, enhance the college art students' scientific research ability, the specific path of the five innovation team construction of college art students counselors management evaluation model.
In this paper, through the analysis of art students' counselors problems and proposed countermeasures, hope for art majors to create a professional, occupation, with reference value of dynamic counselors, selection of Art College Students' counselor training, used to provide some practical guidance, in order to contribute to the further strengthening and improve the art of ideological and political education of students.
