【摘要】:全球化知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的擴(kuò)大與發(fā)展增強(qiáng)了人們對提高國家創(chuàng)新力的認(rèn)同感,提升了社會(huì)對大學(xué)教育的期待,推動(dòng)了大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新成果的商品化及產(chǎn)業(yè)化。在此背景下,主張大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)推動(dòng)就業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育必然會(huì)蓬勃發(fā)展。高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的根本目的在于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)人格及創(chuàng)業(yè)意識。因此,只有做到將創(chuàng)業(yè)技能教育與創(chuàng)業(yè)理想信念教育相統(tǒng)一,才是完整意義上的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育。 在高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作中實(shí)施思想政治教育可以分為以下三個(gè)方面,針對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,其主張理論研究與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,重視創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的價(jià)值體現(xiàn);針對社會(huì),其關(guān)注營造創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)文化氛圍以服務(wù)地方精神文明建設(shè);針對大學(xué)生,其側(cè)重轉(zhuǎn)變大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念,樹立正確的創(chuàng)業(yè)價(jià)值觀及社會(huì)責(zé)任感。探討將思想政治教育如何更有效的融入高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,總結(jié)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育的實(shí)施策略,對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的整體發(fā)展具有不可低估的作用。 因此,本文研究的核心目的在于通過對黑龍江省高校現(xiàn)存問題及問題存在原因的分析,從而進(jìn)一步探討黑龍江省高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育的實(shí)施策略。為此,本文在對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育進(jìn)行了概述,并探討了實(shí)施此教育的必要性及可行性。隨即通過對黑龍江省高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)心理、創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿及高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育實(shí)施情況的調(diào)研分析,總結(jié)出黑龍江省高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀的優(yōu)勢及劣勢,以及外部環(huán)境提供的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),從而提出了相應(yīng)的對策措施。 本文認(rèn)為高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不同于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教育,他追求的是一種創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)不應(yīng)是唯利是圖的,它培育的是一種校園創(chuàng)業(yè)文化,它期待的是大學(xué)生以高尚的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神品質(zhì)來促進(jìn)自身事業(yè)的發(fā)展。希望通過本文的研究能為黑龍江省高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中實(shí)施思想政治教育提供有效借鑒。
[Abstract]:The expansion and development of global knowledge economy has strengthened the sense of identity of people to improve the national innovation ability and raised the expectation of the society to the university education. Promote the commercialization and industrialization of university students' scientific and technological innovation achievements. The basic purpose of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is to cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial consciousness. Only by unifying the education of entrepreneurial skills with the education of entrepreneurship ideals and beliefs is the education of entrepreneurship in a complete sense. The implementation of ideological and political education in the work of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can be divided into the following three aspects: aiming at entrepreneurship education, it advocates the combination of theoretical research and practice, and attaches importance to the value embodiment of entrepreneurship education; Aiming at the society, it pays close attention to creating the culture atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in order to serve the construction of local spiritual civilization. For college students, it focuses on changing the employment concept of college students, set up the correct values of entrepreneurship and social responsibility, and discusses how to integrate ideological and political education more effectively into the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Summing up the implementation strategies of ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education plays an important role in the overall development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the core purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. In order to further explore the implementation strategy of ideological and political education in the entrepreneurship education in Heilongjiang Province, this paper combed the existing research results at home and abroad on the basis of. This paper summarizes the ideological and political education in the entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities, and probes into the necessity and feasibility of implementing this education. Based on the investigation and analysis of the implementation of ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. And the opportunities and challenges provided by the external environment, and thus put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper holds that entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is different from economics education. What he pursues is a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. College students' entrepreneurship should not be profit-oriented, it cultivates a kind of campus entrepreneurial culture. It expects college students to promote the development of their own undertakings with the noble spirit of entrepreneurship, hoping that the research in this paper can provide an effective reference for the implementation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.
