【摘要】：新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求，成為高校的重要責(zé)任。福建省委教育工作委員會(huì)、福建省教育廳2010年4月頒布《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化的通知》[閩委教宣17號(hào)文件]，并決定在全省高校大力推進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化工作。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究、多學(xué)科綜合研究等方法，通過問卷調(diào)查對(duì)福建高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化基本做法，存在問題及原因進(jìn)行分析，并針對(duì)這些問題提出有力解決對(duì)策。為進(jìn)一步在理論和實(shí)踐方面推動(dòng)福建省大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化工作提供有益借鑒。這即是本文研究的創(chuàng)新之處，也是本文研究的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義所在。 本文從以下五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究： 第一部分：從國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀分析出發(fā)，以馬克思主義關(guān)于個(gè)人全面發(fā)展的理論、矛盾的普遍性與特殊性原理，以及科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，借鑒精細(xì)化管理理論，從精細(xì)化視角下研究新時(shí)期大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 第二部分：借鑒精細(xì)化管理理論成果，創(chuàng)新性提出了大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵，即：堅(jiān)持以人為本的理念，以精心的態(tài)度、精確的把握、精致的過程，突出工作的重點(diǎn)，使思想政治教育科學(xué)化；在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行細(xì)致的教育，使思想政治教育覆蓋到每一個(gè)過程、規(guī)范到每一個(gè)步驟、細(xì)化到每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、具體到每一個(gè)事件、落實(shí)到每一個(gè)學(xué)生。并從教育理念人性化與細(xì)致化，教育管理科學(xué)性與制度性，，教育內(nèi)容針對(duì)性與層次性，教育方法靈活性與人文性四維角度闡述大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化特點(diǎn)。 第三部分：從當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育面臨的國際國內(nèi)形式的新變化、高等教育發(fā)生的深刻變革和思想政治教育中存在薄弱環(huán)節(jié)分析入手，提出大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化是新時(shí)期對(duì)高校思想政治教育的新要求，是新時(shí)期推動(dòng)思想政治教育新發(fā)展，改善思想政治教育工作方式方法的必然選擇。 第四部分：通過問卷調(diào)查、資料查閱、數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)福建高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化工作實(shí)施一年多進(jìn)行總結(jié)與反思，指出福建高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化工作中存在的問題，分析原因，為解決這些問題對(duì)策研究提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)支持。 第五部分：以馬克思主義以及科學(xué)發(fā)展觀理論為指導(dǎo)，將精細(xì)化理念與大學(xué)生思想政治教育相互緊密結(jié)合，從大學(xué)生思想政治教育運(yùn)行過程、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、信息化管理、執(zhí)行保障等四個(gè)方面，提出了對(duì)策建議，即：從教育對(duì)象具體化、教育內(nèi)容貼近化、教育方法現(xiàn)代化、教育載體多樣化、教育環(huán)境精致化；教育管理科學(xué)化、制度規(guī)范化、崗位職責(zé)明確化、工作流程化、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、管理信息化；教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)專家型、務(wù)實(shí)型、專業(yè)型等方面做出積極探索，確保思想政治教育精細(xì)化工作科學(xué)、細(xì)致進(jìn)行。以期為加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)福建省大學(xué)生思想政治教育精細(xì)化工作提供理論借鑒和政策咨詢。為新時(shí)期創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生思想政治教育研究提供一種嶄新的研究視角。
[Abstract]:The new period to strengthen and improve ideological and political education has become the development of the times, become the important responsibility of colleges and universities. The Education Committee of Fujian Province, Fujian Province Department of Education issued in April 2010 "on further promoting the ideological and political education of fine >[Fujian Educational Commission notice Document No. 17], and decided to promote the ideological and political education of fine the work of colleges and universities in the province. This paper uses the literature research, investigation, multidisciplinary research methods, through the questionnaire survey on the practice of Fujian college students' Ideological and political education of fine base, existing problems and reason analysis, and put forward effective countermeasures to solve these problems. This paper studies from the following five parts:
The first part: from the domestic and foreign research status analysis of the Marx doctrine on personal all-round development theory, the principle of universality and particularity of contradiction, and Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, from the fine management theory, research on fine ideological and political education in the new period of the theoretical and practical significance from the perspective of the fine.

The fourth part: access to information through questionnaire survey, data analysis of Fujian college students' Ideological and political education of fine work more than a year of summary and reflection, pointed out the existence of Fujian College Students Ideological and political education of fine work problems, analyze the reasons, provide a realistic basis to support the countermeasures to solve these problems.
