【摘要】：大學生思想政治教育歷來為黨和政府所重視,并取得了可喜的成績。隨著社會的變遷,大學生思想政治教育在內(nèi)容、形式、面臨的環(huán)境等方面都發(fā)生了改變。但我們不能不承認,大學生思想政治教育存在某些不盡如人意的現(xiàn)象,比如大學生思想政治教育機制沒有發(fā)生實質(zhì)性的改變和創(chuàng)新,難以適應社會變遷對大學生思想政治教育提出的新要求,影響了教育的實際效果。因此,必須把創(chuàng)新大學生思想政治教育機制擺到重要地位。 大學生思想政治教育機制是大學生思想政治教育系統(tǒng)中各因素相互作用的過程和方式,貫穿于大學生思想政治教育全過程,關系大學生思想政治教育的全局,具有協(xié)調(diào)性和運籌性。傳統(tǒng)的大學生思想政治教育機制在一定條件下曾起到重要作用,而時代的變遷使某些方面表現(xiàn)出明顯的弊端,只有對不合時宜的機制進行系統(tǒng)的改革和創(chuàng)新,才能適應時代發(fā)展的要求。多年來,學術界對其開展了認真的研究,推出了許多研究成果,但這方面的研究仍然有進一步推進的必要。 本課題的研究立足于“創(chuàng)新是一個民族進步的靈魂”的思考,采取現(xiàn)代科學方法,結合當代大學生思想政治教育機制存在的問題,力求探索出一種較為合理和完善且具有可操作性的大學生思想政治教育機制,以期為大學生思想政治教育開創(chuàng)新局面提供思想借鑒和方法支撐。 本文除導論外,分為三個部分： 第一部分論述大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新的重要意義。從高等學校思想政治教育的發(fā)展以及大學生的發(fā)展等方面具體說明：大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新是高等教育改革的題中之義,是大學生思想政治教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求,是促進大學生全面發(fā)展的重要舉措。 第二部分論述大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新的條件。從主觀和客觀、理論和實踐、學校與社會等不同角度,論述教育傳統(tǒng)觀念的轉變、實際操作基礎的厚實以及社會環(huán)境的整體優(yōu)化等,以此說明大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新的條件已經(jīng)具備。 第三部分論述大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新的主要策略。首先是要牢固確立大學生思想政治教育機制的思想基礎,其次是提升大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新的整體水平,最后是化解大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新過程中的矛盾。通過這些問題的分析,提出了富于建設性的大學生思想政治教育機制創(chuàng)新的具體策略。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students has always been attached importance to by the Party and the government, and has made gratifying achievements. With the changes of society, ideological and political education of college students is in the content and form. The environment has changed, but we cannot but admit that there are some unsatisfactory phenomena in the ideological and political education of college students. For example, the mechanism of ideological and political education of college students has not been substantially changed and innovated, so it is difficult to adapt to the new requirements put forward by the social changes to the ideological and political education of college students, which has affected the actual effect of education. The innovation of ideological and political education mechanism of college students must be put into an important position. The mechanism of college students' ideological and political education is the process and mode of the interaction of various factors in the system of college students' ideological and political education, which runs through the whole process of college students' ideological and political education and relates to the overall situation of college students' ideological and political education. The traditional ideological and political education mechanism of college students has played an important role under certain conditions, but the changes of the times make some aspects show obvious drawbacks. Only through systematic reform and innovation of the anachronistic mechanism can we adapt to the requirements of the development of the times. Over the years, the academic circles have carried out serious research on it and put forward a lot of research results. However, there is still a need to further advance the research in this area. Based on the thinking that "innovation is the soul of a nation's progress", the research of this subject is based on the modern scientific method and the problems existing in the ideological and political education mechanism of contemporary college students. This paper tries to explore a reasonable and perfect and operable mechanism of ideological and political education for college students in order to provide ideological reference and method support for opening up a new situation of ideological and political education for college students. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts: The first part discusses the important significance of the innovation of college students' ideological and political education mechanism, from the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as well as the development of college students. The innovation of college students' ideological and political education mechanism is the meaning of the reform of higher education. It is the inherent requirement of the development of college students' ideological and political education and the important measure to promote the all-round development of college students. The second part discusses the conditions of college students' ideological and political education mechanism innovation, from the subjective and objective, theory and practice, school and society and other different angles, discusses the transformation of traditional concepts of education. The foundation of practical operation and the overall optimization of social environment, etc., so as to show that the ideological and political education mechanism of college students has the conditions for innovation. The third part discusses the main strategies of college students' ideological and political education mechanism innovation. Firstly, it is necessary to firmly establish the ideological basis of college students' ideological and political education mechanism. The second is to improve the overall level of ideological and political education mechanism innovation, and finally to resolve the contradictions in the process of ideological and political education mechanism innovation. Through the analysis of these problems. This paper puts forward some concrete strategies for the innovation of ideological and political education mechanism of college students.
