【摘要】：胡錦濤同志在十七大報告中談到全面建設(shè)小康社會奮斗目標(biāo)的新要求時,首次明確提出了建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的目標(biāo),此后,一場生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的熱潮在全國掀起,以胡錦濤同志為總書記的黨中央更是結(jié)合中國實際提出了中國化的馬克思主義理論——科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,在深刻反思世界傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展觀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出要統(tǒng)籌人與自然的關(guān)系,促進(jìn)人與自然、人與社會的和諧,這對當(dāng)前高校響應(yīng)和諧社會構(gòu)建,加強生態(tài)文明建設(shè)具有著深遠(yuǎn)的理論指導(dǎo)意義。 把握這一指導(dǎo)思想,學(xué)者們在研究高校的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)時結(jié)合有中國特色的生態(tài)思想,對高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提出的背景、理論來源、建設(shè)路徑的選擇等進(jìn)行了一系列的探索,從目前高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀中分析原因,尋找解決問題的對策,加強大學(xué)生的生態(tài)文明教育,增進(jìn)大學(xué)人的生態(tài)文明意識,大大促進(jìn)了各所高校的綜合發(fā)展。但在某些問題上也還存在著一定的局限性,譬如,在對目前高校生態(tài)文明現(xiàn)狀中的問題進(jìn)行揭示時,往往僅列舉一二,如生態(tài)文明意識淡薄、浪費現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、不合理的消費觀念等等,缺少系統(tǒng)概括性的研究；對于產(chǎn)生問題的原因缺少合理性的分析,因而在對策上也就千篇一律,無法提出針對性的、有創(chuàng)新點的促進(jìn)高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的合理建議。針對這一現(xiàn)象,本文圍繞“高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)”這一主題,從三個部分對高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的實踐性對策進(jìn)行了研究。 首先,介紹了生態(tài)文明的提出及其科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。著重從馬克思、恩格斯生態(tài)思想的基本觀點、中國共產(chǎn)黨關(guān)于生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的政治主張、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀中蘊涵的生態(tài)思想以及高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的特殊性四個方面,對生態(tài)文明的內(nèi)涵以及中國共產(chǎn)黨人一貫以來的生態(tài)思想進(jìn)行了深入探討,為高校的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)尋找理論支撐。 其次,深入分析高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及問題成因。經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究文章總結(jié)概括了當(dāng)前高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,然后結(jié)合高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,針對其中存在的問題探討問題成因,期望能夠?qū)ΠY下藥,為高校的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提出有針對性的解決措施。 最后,在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下提出促進(jìn)高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的有效路徑。著重從促進(jìn)高校發(fā)展,兼顧生態(tài)平衡,處理好人口、資源、環(huán)境問題；加大高校教育體制改革,構(gòu)建生態(tài)教育課程體系；完善生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的法律制度支撐,建立統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)機制和公眾參與機制；堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,加大校園宣傳,倡導(dǎo)低碳生活方式,增強生態(tài)文明意識四個方面提出一系列促進(jìn)高校生態(tài)文明建設(shè)行之有效的具體措施,為生態(tài)校園的構(gòu)建提供一定的實踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Comrade Hu Jintao talked about the new requirements of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and put forward the goal of building ecological civilization clearly for the first time. Since then, an upsurge in the construction of ecological civilization has been launched throughout the country. Taking Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary, the CPC Central Committee has put forward the Sinicized Marxist theory, the scientific development view, which is based on the profound reflection of the traditional outlook on development in the world. It is suggested that the relationship between man and nature should be coordinated to promote the harmony between man and nature and between man and society, which has far-reaching theoretical significance for colleges and universities to respond to the construction of harmonious society and strengthen the construction of ecological civilization. Grasp this guiding ideology, scholars in the study of the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities combined with the ecological thought with Chinese characteristics, the background of the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities, theoretical sources. This paper makes a series of exploration on the choice of construction path, analyzes the reasons from the current situation of ecological civilization construction in colleges and universities, looks for countermeasures to solve the problems, and strengthens the ecological civilization education of college students. To promote the consciousness of ecological civilization of university people has greatly promoted the comprehensive development of each university. However, there are still some limitations in some problems, such as. When we reveal the problems in the present situation of ecological civilization in colleges and universities, we often list only one or two, such as weak consciousness of ecological civilization, serious waste phenomenon, unreasonable consumption concept and so on, and lack of systematic and general research. For the lack of rational analysis of the causes of the problem, so the countermeasures will also be the same, can not put forward targeted, innovative points to promote the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities reasonable suggestions. Aiming at this phenomenon. This paper focuses on the theme of "the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities", and studies the practical countermeasures of the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities from three parts. First of all, introduced the ecological civilization and its scientific connotation, focusing on Marx, Engels ecological ideas of the basic point of view, the Communist Party of China on the construction of ecological civilization of the political stand. The connotation of ecological civilization and the ecological thought of Chinese Communists have been deeply discussed in four aspects: the ecological thought contained in the scientific development concept and the particularity of the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities. To find theoretical support for the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities. Secondly, in-depth analysis of the status quo of the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities and the causes of the problems. Through investigation and research, the article summarized the current situation of ecological civilization construction in colleges and universities, and then combined with the status quo of the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities. In view of the existing problems, this paper discusses the causes of the problems, and expects to be able to find the right remedy for the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities. Finally, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the paper puts forward an effective way to promote the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities, focusing on promoting the development of colleges and universities, taking into account the ecological balance, dealing well with the problems of population, resources and environment; Strengthening the reform of higher education system and constructing the ecological education curriculum system; Perfect the legal system support of ecological civilization construction, set up overall coordination mechanism and public participation mechanism; Adhere to the requirements of sustainable development, increase campus publicity, advocate low-carbon lifestyle, enhance the awareness of ecological civilization four aspects of a series of effective measures to promote the construction of ecological civilization in colleges and universities.
