【摘要】:伴隨著我國高等教育招生規(guī)模的日益擴大,教育大眾化進程的逐步加速,社會各界對高等院校的教育質(zhì)量給予了廣泛的關(guān)注。如何對高校教育質(zhì)量進行科學的評價,使我國的高等教育重點從體制變革轉(zhuǎn)為內(nèi)部質(zhì)量提升,是二十一世紀我國高等教育改革的大方向。而作為高校教育活動的主體——高校教師,做好對他們的績效評估也就具有重要的意義。本文通過對NSSE的應(yīng)用,提出了從學生角度對高校教師的工作現(xiàn)狀進行評價,遵循了“NSSE在高校教師績效評估中的運用范圍界定和運用價值分析——調(diào)查研究——成因分析——對策建議”的研究思路。 本文提出這樣的論點:NSSE作為一個針對全國范圍內(nèi)本科院校學生的具體學習行為和院校教育實踐所進行的問卷調(diào)查。它考慮到學生的學習是一個多維度的、動態(tài)的社會與校園活動,,高校僅通過學生的課程成績從而對學生最后學業(yè)成就的考評是遠遠不夠的。同理,對高校教師進行績效評估,尤其是關(guān)于評估工作中的教學評價方面,也應(yīng)當是一個動態(tài)的考量和評估過程。這同時也是NSSE在我國高校教師績效評估工作中的運用點所在。教學和育人是教育這個詞匯真正的內(nèi)涵,所以作為一個合格的高校教師,不僅應(yīng)該涉及到對學生課程的動態(tài)指導,還應(yīng)該深入到與學生的生活與思想交流中。 本文通過對NSSE特性的分析,根據(jù)我國高校教育的特點,設(shè)計出了“學生課程成績”、“師生交流”、“教師在學科內(nèi)指導的主動性”、“教師指導社會實踐的主動性”等四個支撐性模塊,以問卷調(diào)查的形式從學生角度為教師的工作狀況進行評分,所得分數(shù)可以對教師績效評估的總結(jié)果進行權(quán)重影響從而完成運用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對M大學的調(diào)查研究和對統(tǒng)計結(jié)果的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校教師在工作過程中的不足,從學生、教師、高校三個層面提出提升教師工作質(zhì)量和工作環(huán)境支撐的對策性建議。通過本文的分析和研究,希望可以充實高校教師績效評估的內(nèi)容,豐富高校教師績效評估的角度,強化績效評估對教師工作的導向作用。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the enrollment scale of higher education in China, the process of popularization of education has been accelerated step by step. All walks of life have paid much attention to the quality of higher education. How to scientifically evaluate the quality of higher education in order to change the focus of higher education from institutional change to internal quality improvement. In 21th century, it is the main direction of higher education reform in our country, and as the main body of higher education activities-university teachers. It is of great significance to evaluate their performance. Through the application of NSSE, this paper puts forward to evaluate the work status of college teachers from the perspective of students. It follows the research idea of "the scope of application of NSSE in the performance evaluation of college teachers and the application of value analysis-investigation and research-cause analysis-countermeasures and suggestions". This paper presents the following arguments:. NSSE is a questionnaire survey aimed at the specific learning behavior and educational practice of undergraduate college students in China. It takes into account that the students' learning is a multi-dimensional one. In the dynamic social and campus activities, it is far from enough for colleges and universities to evaluate the students' final academic achievements only through the students' course results. Similarly, the performance evaluation of college teachers is not enough. Especially about the teaching evaluation in the evaluation work. It should also be a dynamic process of consideration and evaluation, which is also the application of NSSE in the performance evaluation of college teachers in China. Teaching and educating people is the true connotation of the term "education". Therefore, as a qualified college teacher, it should not only involve the dynamic guidance to the students' curriculum, but also go deep into the exchange of life and ideas with the students. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of NSSE and the characteristics of higher education in China, this paper designs "students' course achievement", "teacher-student communication" and "the initiative of teachers' guidance in the subject". "the initiative of teachers guiding social practice" includes four supporting modules, which score teachers' work status from the perspective of students by questionnaire survey. The score can influence the total result of teacher's performance evaluation and complete the application. On this basis, through the investigation and research of M University and the analysis of the statistical results. Find out the shortcomings of university teachers in the process of work, from the students, teachers, colleges and universities to improve the quality of work and work environment support of the corresponding suggestions. Through the analysis and research of this paper. It is hoped that it can enrich the content of college teachers' performance evaluation, enrich the angle of university teachers' performance evaluation, and strengthen the guiding role of performance evaluation to teachers' work.
