【摘要】：高校職能的充分發(fā)揮需要財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)的有效支持,財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率會(huì)受多種因素的影響。工業(yè)工程產(chǎn)生以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)百余年發(fā)展,已經(jīng)形成全面的理論和方法體系,包括基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)工程和現(xiàn)代工業(yè)工程技術(shù),應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域從生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)擴(kuò)展到包括服務(wù)業(yè)在內(nèi)的其他很多行業(yè),成為各行業(yè)、各種組織提高效率、降低成本的有效方法,但工業(yè)工程在高校工作和管理中的應(yīng)用還不多。 本文將工業(yè)工程方法應(yīng)用于高校的財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén),以財(cái)務(wù)大廳為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程基本方法,偵測(cè)財(cái)務(wù)大廳工作現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并尋找解決這些問(wèn)題的方法。通過(guò)流程分析和工作抽樣,運(yùn)用“5W1H”提問(wèn)技術(shù)、因果分析圖等技術(shù)工具,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響財(cái)務(wù)大廳服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率的諸多因素；通過(guò)流程優(yōu)化和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理方法,將工業(yè)工程流程優(yōu)化和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的理念貫徹始終,提出財(cái)務(wù)大廳工作改進(jìn)方案,預(yù)期方案實(shí)施效果。 文章運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程基本方法,試圖為高校財(cái)務(wù)工作提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率提供有益的建議,這既是對(duì)工業(yè)工程應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步豐富,也為高校其他工作應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程提供借鑒意義。但受諸多限制因素影響,改進(jìn)方案只是對(duì)原有工作流程和工作模式加以改進(jìn),并未作太大調(diào)整�；蛟S,運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程BPR等技術(shù)方法,并與IT技術(shù)相結(jié)合,能給高校財(cái)務(wù)工作帶來(lái)質(zhì)的改進(jìn)。研究工業(yè)工程在高校其他工作領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用也值得嘗試。
[Abstract]:The full play of university functions needs the effective support of the financial department. The service quality and efficiency of the financial department will be affected by many factors. Industrial engineering has been developed for more than 100 years. A comprehensive theoretical and methodological system has been formed, including basic industrial engineering and modern industrial engineering technology. The application fields have expanded from manufacturing to many other industries, including services, and become various industries. All kinds of organizations improve efficiency and reduce cost, but the application of industrial engineering in university work and management is still few. This paper applies the industrial engineering method to the finance department of the university, takes the financial hall as the research object, uses the industrial engineering basic method, detects the present situation and the existing problem of the financial hall. Through process analysis and work sampling, using "5W1H" questioning technology, causality analysis diagram and other technical tools. Find out many factors that affect the service quality and efficiency of the financial hall; Through the method of process optimization and field management, the idea of industrial engineering process optimization and continuous improvement is carried out all the time, and the plan of improving the work of financial hall is put forward, and the expected implementation effect of the scheme is expected. By using the basic method of industrial engineering, this paper attempts to provide useful suggestions for improving the service quality and efficiency of the financial work in colleges and universities, which is not only a further enrichment to the application field of industrial engineering. It also provides reference for other colleges and universities to apply industrial engineering. But under the influence of many restrictive factors, the improvement scheme is only to improve the original work process and work model, not too much adjustment. Perhaps. The application of industrial engineering BPR and IT technology can bring qualitative improvement to the financial work of colleges and universities. It is also worth trying to study the application of industrial engineering in other fields of work in colleges and universities.
