【摘要】:由于國際學術勞動力市場日趨緊張,學術人的入職環(huán)節(jié)越來越具有錦標賽制特征。相對于美國和德國,我國大學教師不僅在入職聘用環(huán)節(jié),而且在學術的業(yè)績考核、晉升、薪酬發(fā)放等整個過程,都帶有一定的錦標賽制特征。除此之外,國家、地方政府以及高校行政部門,還通過設置一個帶有等級性的人才項目支持系統(tǒng),對各類學術職業(yè)人群施予了更為強大的競爭壓力。這種泛化的錦標賽制固然有其效率主義或讓少數(shù)人盡快脫穎而出等方面的制度優(yōu)勢,但長遠來看,未必有利于學術環(huán)境的整體優(yōu)化以及人才的引進、培養(yǎng)、使用和成長。
[Abstract]:As the international academic labor market is becoming increasingly tight, the entry of academic personnel has more and more characteristics of the championship system. Compared with the United States and Germany, our university teachers are not only in the recruitment process. Moreover, the whole process of academic performance appraisal, promotion, salary payment and so on, all have certain championship system characteristic. In addition, the national, local government and the university administration department. Also by setting up a hierarchical talent project support system. To all kinds of academic professionals put more powerful competitive pressure. This kind of generalized championship system certainly has its efficiency doctrine or let a few people stand out as soon as possible and so on, but in the long run. May not be conducive to the overall optimization of the academic environment and the introduction, training, use and growth of talent.
