【摘要】：在當(dāng)今全球高等教育市場(chǎng)中,美國(guó)占據(jù)了最大的份額；法國(guó)等西歐傳統(tǒng)強(qiáng)國(guó)的高校日益面臨著人才流失的窘境。為了與美國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、吸引全球各地的高端人才,歐盟進(jìn)行了歐洲模式的高等教育改革,例如推行歐洲高等教育一體化,共建“歐洲高等教育區(qū)”,推行“伊拉斯謨計(jì)劃”等。法國(guó)作為歐盟中重要的一員,自上世紀(jì)末以來便積極投身于歐洲高教一體化的建設(shè)。從表面上看,法國(guó)等歐洲國(guó)家正試圖以區(qū)域一體化的模式與美國(guó)抗衡。與此同時(shí),法國(guó)政府也采取了一系列深入的高等教育體制改革,尤其是2006年以來的高校重組策略,大大改變了傳統(tǒng)法國(guó)高校規(guī)模小、教研分離的面貌。但在改革落實(shí)的同時(shí),法國(guó)高等教育也將逐漸喪失精英教育等自身原有的特色。從內(nèi)部看來,改革后的法國(guó)高校實(shí)際上在向美國(guó)的研究型大學(xué)靠攏,法國(guó)似乎在高等教育全球化的背景之下選擇了一條美國(guó)化的道路。法國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與選擇值得同樣面臨著全球化挑戰(zhàn)的我國(guó)高等教育借鑒。
[Abstract]:In today's global higher education market, the United States occupies the largest share; Universities in the traditional powers of Western Europe, such as France, are increasingly facing the dilemma of brain drain. In order to compete with the United States and attract high-end talent from all over the world, the European Union has carried out the reform of higher education in the European model. For example, the integration of higher education in Europe, the establishment of a "European higher education zone", the implementation of the "Erasmus Plan" and so on. France as an important member of the European Union. Since the end of 0th century, European countries have been actively engaged in the construction of European higher education integration. On the surface, France and other European countries are trying to compete with the United States in the model of regional integration. At the same time. The French government has also adopted a series of in-depth reform of higher education system, especially the restructuring strategy of universities since 2006, which has greatly changed the scale of traditional French colleges and universities. The separation of teaching and research. But in the implementation of the reform, France's higher education will gradually lose its original characteristics such as elite education. From the internal point of view. The reformed French universities are actually moving closer to the research universities of the United States. Under the background of globalization of higher education, France seems to choose a path of Americanization.
