【摘要】:從2008年第一批“90后”大學(xué)生走進(jìn)大學(xué)校園至今,“90后”已經(jīng)完全成為當(dāng)代高校校園主體,自然也成為當(dāng)代高校思想政治教育的主要研究對(duì)象。每個(gè)時(shí)代都有其時(shí)代特點(diǎn),作為每個(gè)時(shí)代中最有活力的大學(xué)生,更是深深的烙上了其時(shí)代印記,有其鮮明的思想特點(diǎn),在給大學(xué)校園注入新鮮血液的同時(shí),無(wú)疑給高校思想政治教育帶來(lái)巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 作為大學(xué)生思想政治教育者就應(yīng)該清醒地把握“90后”大學(xué)生的思想狀況,認(rèn)識(shí)在政治態(tài)度、道德修養(yǎng)和價(jià)值取向等方面顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)的新特征,并分析其深層次的形成原因,把“90后”大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成合格的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人。 本文旨在通過(guò)訪(fǎng)談法、文獻(xiàn)分析法、對(duì)比分析法,分析“90”后大學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),結(jié)合時(shí)代特征,探索以“90后”為主體的當(dāng)代高校思想政治教育的新路徑,加強(qiáng)和完善高校思想政治教育。 本文主要內(nèi)容有四個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章主要是介紹了本文的研究背景和研究意義,以及寫(xiě)作目的和寫(xiě)作方法,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究狀況進(jìn)行了分析,指出了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。 第二章對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生思想特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們自信獨(dú)立、思想活躍開(kāi)放、個(gè)人目標(biāo)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)、敢于創(chuàng)新,同時(shí)他們的集體觀(guān)念淡薄、功利性強(qiáng)、心理抗壓能力弱;并從家庭教育、學(xué)校教育以及時(shí)代背景三個(gè)方面分析了影響“90后”思想的因素。 第三章對(duì)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析時(shí),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育取得了比較顯著的成績(jī),但是同時(shí)針對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),其中教育理念、教育環(huán)境、教育方法以及教育內(nèi)容等方面存在很多不足。復(fù)雜多變的教育環(huán)境、社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)帶來(lái)的消極影響以及思想政治教育自身發(fā)展有滯后性使得高校思想政治教育面臨了很多問(wèn)題和困難。 第四章作為本文的重點(diǎn),在結(jié)合以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了針對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生具有理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義的高校思想政治教育路徑。這其中包括優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境、改進(jìn)教育方式、豐富教育內(nèi)容以及加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育隊(duì)伍幾個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, the first group of "post-90s" students have entered the university campus, the "post-90s" has become the main body of contemporary university campus. Nature has also become the main research object of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities. Each era has its own characteristics, as the most dynamic college students in each era, it is deeply branded its epoch mark. With its distinct ideological characteristics, it brings great challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities while injecting fresh blood into the campus. As the ideological and political educator of college students, we should grasp the ideological situation of the post-90s college students soberly, and recognize the new features in the aspects of political attitude, moral accomplishment and value orientation. The causes of the formation are analyzed, and the post-90s college students are trained into qualified constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the ideological characteristics of college students after "90" by means of interview, literature analysis and comparative analysis, combining with the characteristics of the times. This paper explores a new way of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities with "post-90s" as the main body, and strengthens and consummates ideological and political education in colleges and universities. There are four chapters in this paper. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the writing purpose and writing methods, and analyzes the research situation at home and abroad. The innovation and difficulty of this paper are pointed out. The second chapter makes a detailed analysis of the ideological characteristics of the "post-90s" college students, and finds that they are confident and independent, active and open-minded, long-term personal goals, dare to innovate, and their collective concept is weak. Strong utilitarian and weak psychological ability to resist pressure; It also analyzes the factors that influence the thought of the post-90s from three aspects: family education, school education and the background of the times. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we find that the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities has achieved more significant results, but at the same time aimed at the ideological characteristics of post-90s college students. Among them, there are many deficiencies in the educational concept, educational environment, educational methods and educational contents, etc. The educational environment is complex and changeable. The negative impact of social reality and the lag in the development of ideological and political education make the ideological and political education in colleges and universities face a lot of problems and difficulties. Chapter 4th as the focus of this article, in combination with the above analysis on the basis. This paper summarizes the ideological and political education path of the post-90s college students with theoretical and practical significance, which includes optimizing the educational environment and improving the educational methods. Enrich the content of education and strengthen the ideological and political education team in several aspects.
