【摘要】：丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校誕生于19世紀(jì),已被許多國家證實(shí)在成人教育領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐是卓有成效的。百余年來,丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校作為非正規(guī)教育的重要組成部分,在成人教育領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的影響,至今仍是眾多學(xué)者所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。其倡導(dǎo)者是被譽(yù)為“北歐先覺者”、“民眾高等學(xué)校之父”的丹麥著名教育家格龍維。由于他所構(gòu)想的民眾高等學(xué)校理念影響深遠(yuǎn),歐盟在本世紀(jì)初就以他的名字命名而提出了“格龍維”計(jì)劃,旨在關(guān)注歐盟各國成人教育的發(fā)展。 丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校起初是在丹麥的農(nóng)村建立起來,由于當(dāng)時(shí)復(fù)雜的社會(huì)歷史背景,民眾高等學(xué)校教育的實(shí)施旨在恢復(fù)民族自信心,喚醒民眾愛國精神,促成民族團(tuán)結(jié)。同時(shí)在啟發(fā)人性,培養(yǎng)受教青年及成人有開闊的心胸及人生觀,在社會(huì)中能愉快的與他人相處,也就是共同生活等方面也具有重要的作用。正是由于在本國成人教育領(lǐng)域的成功實(shí)踐,丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校也跨出國界,被北歐、歐美等國家所借鑒。因此,可以說民眾高等學(xué)校的教育是一種極具價(jià)值的教育。 按照發(fā)生學(xué)的理論,任何事物都不是永恒不變的,而是不斷發(fā)生著而存在,因而要經(jīng)歷一個(gè)不斷發(fā)展、不斷完善的過程,丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校同樣也經(jīng)歷了這樣的發(fā)展過程。至今仍經(jīng)久不衰,也表明了丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校存在的合理性。當(dāng)前我國也正值終身學(xué)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的構(gòu)建,因而借鑒丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)不無裨益。 本文試圖從丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生背景、發(fā)展歷史、歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)、影響等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。 第一部分,對丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校產(chǎn)生的歷史背景和思想淵源進(jìn)行分析,深入挖掘民眾高等學(xué)校背后產(chǎn)生的歷史根源,從而對認(rèn)識(shí)丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念和精髓奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分,回顧丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展歷史,試圖展現(xiàn)丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校發(fā)展的基本輪廓。通過有代表性的民眾高等學(xué)校個(gè)案——國際民眾學(xué)院,對丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校邁向國際化過程中在辦學(xué)理念、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方式以及經(jīng)費(fèi)來源等方面進(jìn)行深入分析。 第三部分,探尋丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校自創(chuàng)立至今仍經(jīng)久不衰的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 第四部分,丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校不僅對本國產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,同時(shí)也對世界許多國家間接或直接的產(chǎn)生了影響,我國也不例外。最后一部分重點(diǎn)分析丹麥民眾高等學(xué)校對丹麥本國、北歐國家、北歐以外其他國家和地區(qū)的影響。
[Abstract]:The Danish people ' s colleges and universities are born in the 19th century , which has been confirmed by many countries in the field of adult education . More than a hundred years , the Danish people ' s higher education has been the focus of many scholars in the field of adult education . As a result of the successful practice in the field of adult education in the country , the Danish people ' s colleges and universities are also able to learn from other countries such as Northern Europe , Europe and America . Therefore , it can be said that the education of the people ' s higher education is a very valuable education . According to the theory of genetics , there is a continuous development and continuous improvement process , so the Danish people ' s colleges and universities have also experienced such a development process . This paper attempts to expound the background , history , historical experience and influence of the Danish people ' s higher education institutions . The first part analyzes the historical background and ideological origins of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities , and deeply studies the historical root causes behind the people ' s colleges and universities , so as to lay the foundation for understanding the school idea and essence of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities . The second part reviews the history of the development of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities and tries to show the basic outline of the development of the Danish people ' s colleges and universities . Through the representative people ' s colleges of higher learning , the international community college , the Danish people ' s colleges and universities are deeply analyzed in the course of internationalization , such as running school idea , curriculum setting , teaching mode and funding source . In the third part , we explore the historical experience of the Danish people ' s college since its inception . In the fourth part , the Danish people ' s colleges and universities not only have far - reaching influence on their own country , but also have an influence on many countries in the world . The last part focuses on the impact of the Danish people ' s higher education institutions on the countries and regions of Denmark , Nordic countries and northern Europe .
