【摘要】：隨著高等教育由精英教育向大眾教育的轉(zhuǎn)變，，高校辦學(xué)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，高等教育所面臨的國際環(huán)境和國內(nèi)環(huán)境發(fā)生了深刻的變化，大學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)出新特點(diǎn)、新變化。如何做好大學(xué)生的教育管理工作日益成為高等教育面臨的巨大挑戰(zhàn)，培養(yǎng)好合格的建設(shè)者和接班人是我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)保持興旺發(fā)達(dá)，中華民族實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)興的重要保證，因此，做好高校教育管理工作不僅具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的教育意義，更具有長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文共分四個部分，第一部分首先闡述了高校學(xué)生教育管理工作的涵義、特點(diǎn)和意義；第二部分主要回顧了新中國成立之后高校學(xué)生教育管理工作的歷史沿革；第三部分詳細(xì)分析了進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以后高校學(xué)生教育管理工作面臨著國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和國內(nèi)高等教育環(huán)境以及當(dāng)代在校大學(xué)生的新變化，同時指出了高校教育管理體制和制度、理念和方法以及教育管理隊伍等方面的新問題；第四部分針對高校學(xué)生教育管理工作面臨的新形勢和新問題從教育管理理念和具體教育管理工作兩個層面提出做好新世紀(jì)高校學(xué)生教育管理工作的對策。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education, higher education continues to expand the scale of higher education has undergone profound changes facing the international and domestic environment, the new changes of college students have shown new characteristics. How to do a good job of college students education management work has become a huge challenge facing higher education, cultivate qualified builders and the successors of the socialist modernization of our country is an important guarantee to maintain the prosperity and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to realize, therefore, do a good job in college education and management work is not only a practical education significance, has a long-term strategic significance. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part describes the education and management of university students the meaning, characteristics and significance; the second part reviews the new China establishment of College Students' education management history; third Detailed analysis in the new century education management of college students facing the international political and economic environment and domestic higher education environment and new changes of contemporary college students, and points out that the management system and a system of higher education, new problems and ideas and methods of education management team etc.; countermeasures to do the education and management of college students in the new the fourth part according to the new situation and new problems facing the education and management of university students from the education management idea and specific education and management work in two aspects.
