【摘要】：辦學特色是高校發(fā)展的生命線，尤其對于民辦高校來言，經(jīng)過30多年的發(fā)展，民辦高校的規(guī)模和數(shù)量已經(jīng)達到一定程度，民辦高校的發(fā)展方略由外延式發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展，提高質(zhì)量、辦出特色成為民辦高校的共識。民辦高校是否辦出辦學特色直接關(guān)系到民辦高校能否在未來的競爭中獲得生存和發(fā)展。 本文通過文獻綜述和調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，我國民辦高校對創(chuàng)建特色越來越重視，對民辦高校如何利用自身的優(yōu)勢在管理制度、師資隊伍建設(shè)、專業(yè)設(shè)置和人才培養(yǎng)方面形成自己的特色都有不同的見解和應(yīng)用。 為進一步了解民辦高校的辦學特色，，通過訪談?wù){(diào)查和案例研究的方法，與民辦高校的院長和民辦高等教育領(lǐng)域的專家進行交流，了解民辦高校在創(chuàng)建辦學特色方面的優(yōu)勢、民辦高校在辦學特色建設(shè)方面的現(xiàn)實情況和民辦高校未來如何發(fā)展；通過對兩所民辦高校在辦學特色上的分析研究，掌握民辦高校在創(chuàng)建辦學特色的實際操作上的情況。 通過研究分析，民辦高校和公辦高校在管理體制上的不同是造成兩種類型高校差異的根本性因素，民辦高校是由投資者或教育家舉辦的，因此其受到政府管理的力度較小，辦學自主性較大。同時民辦高校在運行機制具有靈活性，在教師隊伍的建設(shè)上可以利用退出機制的優(yōu)勢，建設(shè)一支專兼結(jié)合的“雙師型”教師隊伍；在人才培養(yǎng)方面，貫徹貼近區(qū)域發(fā)展，貼近市場，利用校企辦學等途徑，培養(yǎng)實用型、技能型人才；在學生管理方面，針對民辦高校的生源特點，采用嚴格的管理方式，在學習和生活上督促學生進步。 最后，本文通過研究分析，對民辦高校在未來創(chuàng)建辦學特色上，政府和學校自身應(yīng)該如何通力合作，共同促進民辦高校發(fā)展上提出建議。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of running schools are the lifeline of the development of colleges and universities , especially for private colleges and universities . After more than 30 years of development , the size and quantity of privately - run colleges have reached a certain degree . The development of privately - run colleges and universities has become the common understanding of privately - run colleges and universities . Through the literature review and the research , it has been found that the Chinese private colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the creation of characteristics , and how to make use of their own advantages in the management system , the construction of the teachers ' team , the professional setting and the training of personnel training have different opinions and applications . In order to further understand the characteristics of the running of the privately - run colleges and universities , through the methods of interview investigation and case study , the author exchanges with the experts in the field of higher education of the private colleges and universities to understand the advantages of the privately - run colleges and universities in the construction of school - running characteristics , the realistic situation of the private colleges in the construction of school - running characteristics and the future development of the private colleges and universities . Through the research and analysis , the difference between the private colleges and the public universities in the management system is the fundamental factor which causes the difference between the two types of colleges and universities . Finally , through the research and analysis , in the future to create the characteristics of running a school , the government and the school should cooperate with each other to promote the development of private colleges and universities .
