【摘要】:培養(yǎng)什么人、如何培養(yǎng)人,是我國社會主義教育事業(yè)發(fā)展中必須解決好的根本問題。在全球化經濟時代,拔尖創(chuàng)新人才是國家重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,更是一個民族核心競爭力的實際體現。我國第二產業(yè)占國民經濟總量50%以上,正處于由工業(yè)大國向工業(yè)強國轉變的重要階段,對各種工科背景人才的需求激增,其中包括能夠承擔預研、開發(fā)層次的創(chuàng)新人才,包括能夠承擔實際工程項目的應用人才,包括能夠熟練操作各種工程設備、器械的基礎人才,而研究生教育是國家最高層次的教育階段,承擔著培養(yǎng)最為亟需的創(chuàng)新人才的艱巨任務。研究生是我國科學研究的主力軍和生力軍,肩負著建設創(chuàng)新型國家、促進社會經濟發(fā)展的歷史使命,而隨著研究生規(guī)模迅速擴大、研究生自身問題的日益增多以及培養(yǎng)模式的不斷變化,近年來各種學術失范現象屢見不鮮,學術道德底線一再被突破,對研究生培養(yǎng)質量的影響日益突顯。本文在對H大學工科研究生學術失范調查研究的基礎上,闡述了研究生學術失范、學術道德等概念,研究過程中注重將理論與實踐結合,對研究生學術失范的原因進行了分析,為解決目前存在的問題提出了對策與建議。第一部分是緒論,首先從總體上闡述了研究背景與研究意義。其次,通過對相關概念、國內外相關文獻進行研究,為下一步的研究生學術失范調查研究提供了理論依據與借鑒經驗。第二部分通過對H大學400名研究生的問卷調查,發(fā)現大部分研究生還是比較遵守學術道德的,但也有部分研究生存在學術失范行為,歸納其主要表現為:對學術規(guī)范缺少了解,在課程學習過程、從事科研項目、論文寫作與發(fā)表、學術成果評價等方面存在著學術失范現象。第三部分從研究生自身、學術制度、教育經歷、社會環(huán)境四個方面對失范現象的原因進行了分析。第四部分針對出現的失范現象提出了針對性的對策與建議。解決研究生學術失范問題的關鍵在于提供優(yōu)秀的研究生培養(yǎng)環(huán)境與科研條件,其次通過系統科學、細致周到的學術道德教育促使研究生重塑正確的學術道德意識觀念,再通過改進優(yōu)化學術制度與環(huán)境固化學術道德教育成果,將求真務實、自強創(chuàng)新的科學精神融入到研究生的思想、情感與行為之中,切實保障研究生培養(yǎng)質量。
[Abstract]:It is the fundamental problem that must be solved in the development of socialist education in our country. In the era of global economy, it is an important strategic resource for the country to excel and innovate talents. China's secondary industry accounts for more than 50% of the total national economy and is in an important stage of transition from a large industrial country to an industrial power. The demand for all kinds of engineering background talents, including the ability to undertake pre-research, development level of innovative talent, including the ability to undertake the actual project application personnel, including the ability to skilled operation of various engineering equipment. The basic talents of instruments and instruments, and graduate education is the highest level of education in the country, undertaking the arduous task of cultivating the most badly needed innovative talents. Graduate students are the main force and new force of scientific research in our country. Shouldering the historical mission of building an innovative country and promoting social and economic development, with the rapid expansion of graduate scale, the increasing number of graduate students' own problems and the continuous change of training mode. In recent years, a variety of academic anomie phenomenon is common, the bottom line of academic morality has been broken through again and again, and the influence on the quality of postgraduate training is increasingly prominent. This paper is based on the investigation and research on the academic anomie of engineering graduate students in H University. This paper expounds the concepts of academic anomie and academic morality of postgraduates. In the course of the research, it pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, and analyzes the causes of the academic anomie of postgraduates. In order to solve the existing problems put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. The first part is the introduction. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are described in general. Secondly, through the relevant concepts, domestic and foreign related literature research. It provides the theoretical basis and experience for the next research of graduate students' academic anomie. The second part through the questionnaire survey of 400 graduate students in H University. It is found that most graduate students still abide by academic morality, but there are also some graduate students who have academic anomie behavior, which is mainly manifested in: lack of understanding of academic norms, in the course of learning. Engaged in scientific research projects, thesis writing and publication, academic achievements evaluation and other aspects of academic anomie. The third part from the graduate students themselves, academic system, education experience. This paper analyzes the causes of the abnormal phenomenon in four aspects of the social environment. Part 4th puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the phenomenon. The key to solve the problem of academic anomie of postgraduates is to provide excellent research. The cultivation environment and scientific research conditions. Secondly, through systematic science, careful and thoughtful academic moral education to promote graduate students to reshape the correct concept of academic moral awareness, and then improve and optimize the academic system and environment solidification of academic moral education results, will seek truth and pragmatism. The scientific spirit of self-improvement and innovation is integrated into the thought, emotion and behavior of graduate students to ensure the quality of graduate training.
