【摘要】：1834年西方教會派遣的第一位傳教士醫(yī)生抵達(dá)中國，“醫(yī)學(xué)傳教”事業(yè)正式拉開帷幕。隨著教會在華醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展，醫(yī)學(xué)教育也作為傳播基督教的方式和手段之一逐漸提上日程。在傳教士的不懈努力下，教會建立起一批醫(yī)學(xué)教育機(jī)構(gòu)，引領(lǐng)了中國西醫(yī)教育的發(fā)展。盡管教會創(chuàng)建醫(yī)學(xué)教育的根本目的在于傳播福音，教會醫(yī)學(xué)校在課程設(shè)置和活動安排上也帶有著濃厚的宗教色彩，但在客觀上，教會醫(yī)學(xué)教育為中國帶來了先進(jìn)的西醫(yī)知識、醫(yī)學(xué)教育體系以及醫(yī)學(xué)教育模式。教會大學(xué)的醫(yī)學(xué)教育采用精英教育模式，在課程設(shè)置上系統(tǒng)而全面，重視課堂實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床見習(xí)、實(shí)習(xí)，考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格，對學(xué)生要求極高。教會大學(xué)為中國培養(yǎng)了第一批西醫(yī)人才，這些醫(yī)學(xué)精英成為中國現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的“火種”，在醫(yī)學(xué)各領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著領(lǐng)軍作用，為中國現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)，做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)后，中國時局發(fā)生了巨大變化，新思想獲得廣泛傳播，政府和個人逐漸認(rèn)識到了醫(yī)學(xué)教育的重要性，建立起了一批官辦和私營的醫(yī)學(xué)教育機(jī)構(gòu)。而此時的教會醫(yī)學(xué)教育受到中國革命的沖擊，其扮演的傳教角色與教育角色之間不可調(diào)和的矛盾日益尖銳，嚴(yán)重制約自身發(fā)展。隨后抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)，教會學(xué)校倉促轉(zhuǎn)移到西部，發(fā)展受挫。新中國成立后，教會高等學(xué)校被全部接收，，經(jīng)院系調(diào)整后改為公辦，教會大學(xué)正式成為歷史。 本文以中國近代教會大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)教育為研究對象，考察其從產(chǎn)生到抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前的發(fā)展變化。文章共分為四個部分：第一部分對近代中國教會大學(xué)的醫(yī)學(xué)教育進(jìn)行總體描述和梳理；第二部分從教育目的、管理體制、經(jīng)費(fèi)來源和教學(xué)活動的角度詳細(xì)地對教會大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)教育進(jìn)行分析和論證；第三部分以北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院為個案，豐富并立體化刻畫教會大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)教育的具體形態(tài)；第四部分簡要總結(jié)教會大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)教育對我國醫(yī)學(xué)教育產(chǎn)生的影響和反思。本文對我國近代時期教會大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)教育進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述、分析和刻畫，以期還原動蕩年代教會大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)教育的原貌，探索其存在的深遠(yuǎn)意義和作用。
[Abstract]:The doctor first missionaries in 1834 the Western church dispatched to arrive Chinese, "medical missionary career officially kicked off. With the development of the church medical enterprise in China, medical education as one of the ways and means of dissemination of Christianity gradually put on the agenda. In the unremitting efforts, the church established a number of medical education institutions, leading the development of western education in Chinese. Although the fundamental purpose of medical education is to create the church gospel missionary medical school, also with a strong religious color in the curriculum and activities, but in fact, the church brought western knowledge of advanced medical education for China, medical education system and medical education mode of medical education. The Church University elite education mode, the curriculum system and comprehensive attention, classroom experiment and clinical practice, practice, strict assessment criteria, to Students' requirements. The church university trained the first batch of Western medicine talents for China, these elite medical Chinese become modern medicine "fire" in the field of medicine plays a leading role, which laid the foundation for the development of modern China medical career, made an indelible contribution. After entering in twentieth Century, great changes have taken place in the Chinese new ideas, widely spread, the government and people gradually realize the importance of medical education, set up a number of official and private medical education institutions. Medical education at the church by Chinese revolutionary impact between the missionary role and education the role of irreconcilable contradictions are becoming increasingly acute, serious constraints the development of itself. Then the outbreak of the war, the church schools rush to move to the west, the development of new Chinese frustrated. After the establishment of church colleges and universities were all received, adjusted by the Department after the change To be public, church universities have officially become history.
The medical education of church universities in modern Chinese as the research object, study its from before the outbreak of the war the development and changes. The article is divided into four parts: the first part is about the general description and medical education on modern universities China; the second part management system from the purpose of education, teaching activities, and sources of funding with the angle of medical education in the Church University are analyzed and proved; the third part of the Beijing Union Medical College as a case, the rich and three-dimensional characterization of specific forms of medical education; the fourth part briefly summarizes the influence of medical education on the Church University Medical Education in China and reflection. This paper has carried on the detailed description of modern universities during the period of medical education in our country, analysis and description, in order to restore the age of turbulence Church University Medical Education of the original, explore the profound meaning of its existence And effect.
