【摘要】：大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)是高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵。關(guān)于推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新教育,國內(nèi)外高校不斷進(jìn)行著探索與嘗試,而“基于項(xiàng)目的學(xué)習(xí)”作為一種行之有效的訓(xùn)練方式逐步得到了越來越多的認(rèn)可。從上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代末,國內(nèi)高校陸續(xù)啟動(dòng)了各自的大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目。在此基礎(chǔ)上,教育部高教司自2007年起推出了國家大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃。旨在探索并建立以問題和課題為核心的教學(xué)模式,改變倡導(dǎo)本科學(xué)生為主體的創(chuàng)新性教育的實(shí)驗(yàn)改革,以調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的主動(dòng)性、積極性和創(chuàng)造性,激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維和創(chuàng)新意識,逐步掌握思考問題、解決問題的方法,提高其創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐的能力。這是我國高等教育改革的一項(xiàng)重大舉措,也給各實(shí)施高校人才培養(yǎng)的組織管理工作帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 本文通過采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例分析法、問卷調(diào)查法及訪談法等方法,對創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)人才、創(chuàng)新教育的概念和演變過程進(jìn)行了研究,對國內(nèi)、外高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了分析和歸納,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目是高校實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的有效途徑。為了解目前大學(xué)生科研訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目的開展情況,筆者編制了問卷調(diào)查表,對參與項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生開展了調(diào)查,并運(yùn)用專業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件SPSS對調(diào)查問卷所獲取的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析、整理,對學(xué)生參加科研項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行比較。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐,嘗試將項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)原理和方法引入大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目的管理過程中,探索一套符合其特點(diǎn)的過程管理模式,從而提高效率,保證項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施。最后,針對目前國家大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃組織管理過程中存在的問題,提出進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和完善的建議。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability of college students is the key to cultivation of innovative talents in universities. On the promotion of innovation education, colleges and universities at home and abroad to explore and try, "project based learning" as an effective way of training has been more and more recognized. From the last century at the end of 90s, domestic universities have started the students' scientific research project of their own. On this basis, the Ministry of Education launched the National Undergraduate Innovative Experiment Program since 2007. To explore and establish a problem and subject as the core of the teaching mode, experimental reform innovation education advocated undergraduate students as the main body, take the initiative to mobilize the students enthusiasm and creativity, stimulate students' creative thinking and innovation consciousness, and gradually master the thinking and methods to solve the problems, improve their ability of innovative practice. This is me A major step in the reform of higher education in China has also brought great challenges to the organization and management of the training of talents in Colleges and universities.
In this paper, by using the method of literature research, case analysis teaching, questionnaire survey and interviews and other methods, to innovation, talent, concept and the evolution of innovative education is studied in China, analyzed and summarized the foreign university innovation talent training mode, that the college students' scientific research project is an effective way to realize the innovation of university personnel training. To understand the current situation of college students research training project, the author compiled the questionnaire carried out a survey on the students involved in the project, and the use of professional data analysis software SPSS to carry on the analysis, the survey questionnaire data obtained, comparing the related factors for students to participate in research projects on the basis. Combined with the practice of scientific research, project management of university students, try to related principle and method of project management into scientific research project management process, to explore a Set up a process management mode that accords with its characteristics, so as to improve efficiency and ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Finally, aiming at the existing problems in the process of organization and management of national college students' innovative experiment plan, suggestions for further improvement and improvement are put forward.
