【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,創(chuàng)新是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的源動(dòng)力,知識(shí)和高素質(zhì)人才是支持知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)良好運(yùn)行的最重要的資源。高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)作為科技創(chuàng)新的主力軍,其創(chuàng)新能力作為衡量一國(guó)科技發(fā)展水平的關(guān)鍵因素而被越來(lái)越多的人所重視。高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部成員知識(shí)共享水平影響著科研團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)效能、提高團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新水平。 本文在結(jié)合前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)動(dòng)機(jī)理論和知識(shí)共享理論進(jìn)行研究,提出5個(gè)影響高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享的主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)因素并提出假設(shè)模型和研究假設(shè),,然后運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程方法對(duì)假設(shè)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性分析,證明所提出的研究假設(shè)。 本文分為五部分,第一部分中對(duì)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享的背景、知識(shí)共享目的、知識(shí)共享意義和高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行相關(guān)的介紹,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出本論文的寫作思路、研究方法和文章的創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分對(duì)高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享的相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行回顧并且對(duì)于我國(guó)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析;第三部分通過(guò)對(duì)高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享影響因素分析,提出5個(gè)主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)影響因素并通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的分析,建立高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享動(dòng)機(jī)因素概念模型,提出相應(yīng)假設(shè)研究假設(shè);第四部分進(jìn)行調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的實(shí)施并利用SPSS軟件和AMOS軟件對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和假設(shè)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè);第五部分結(jié)合研究結(jié)論提出促進(jìn)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:21th century is the era of knowledge economy, innovation is the source of knowledge economy, knowledge and high-quality talents are the most important resources to support the good operation of knowledge economy. As a key factor to measure the level of scientific and technological development in a country, its innovation ability has been paid more and more attention by more and more people. The level of knowledge sharing among members of scientific research teams in colleges and universities affects the effectiveness of scientific research teams. Improve team innovation level. Based on the previous research results, this paper firstly studies motivation theory and knowledge sharing theory. Five main motivational factors affecting knowledge sharing among scientific research teams in colleges and universities are put forward and hypothetical models and research hypotheses are put forward. Then the hypothesis model is verified by structural equation method. To prove the proposed research hypothesis. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, the purpose, the significance of knowledge sharing and the current situation of knowledge sharing of scientific research teams at home and abroad in colleges and universities. On this basis, this paper puts forward the writing ideas, research methods and the innovation of the article; The second part reviews the related concepts and theories of scientific research team knowledge sharing in colleges and universities and makes a brief analysis on the knowledge sharing of university scientific research team in China. In the third part, by analyzing the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among scientific research teams in colleges and universities, the author puts forward five main influencing factors of motivation and makes a scientific analysis of motivation. The conceptual model of motivation factors for knowledge sharing among scientific research teams in colleges and universities is established, and the corresponding hypothetical research hypotheses are put forward. Part 4th carries on the implementation of the questionnaire and uses the SPSS software and the AMOS software to analyze the data of the questionnaire and the hypothetical model to verify the research hypothesis; The 5th part puts forward the countermeasures to promote the knowledge sharing of scientific research teams in colleges and universities combined with the research conclusions.
